Architecturally, a truly beautiful property: an old villa finely refurbished with great taste. However, the photos should also convey, besides the lovely garden on one side, the very busy national road on the other. That would be more honest. The check-in is well organized but entirely automated: efficient, but a bit "cold". We arrived at 10 p.m., so I expected that. In the morning there was no one except the lady preparing breakfast. For a place like this it would have been nice to have a more homely welcome (a plus, not something owed!). As for the room, it was very well furnished and the air conditioning worked well (necessary because the rooms are in a very hot attic, accessed by two flights of long stairs). The bathroom is beautiful, but a hook or a shelf would make it more functional. As for breakfast, served on a nice terrace, it should be noted that it is not a buffet. A lot is offered, so I believe it will satisfy every taste.

Beautiful location in Montesilvano. Equally wonderful is the garden with internal parking. The rooms are furnished with unique taste. Ours was very spacious and had a fabulous bathroom. I think it might be the only time I haven't missed my home's bathroom. Very good mattress. If we really want to find one flaw (the only one), the wardrobe may not be quite suitable for long stays. We recommend it as a first choice for anyone spending a short stay in Montesilvano and surrounding areas.

I was a guest at the property in the summer of 2024 and I can only highly recommend everyone to take advantage of the property. The place is managed excellently, the owner is a wonderful person and very attentive to his guests. The breakfast is very simple and with high-quality products. The room is very nice and especially very clean. I will definitely return to Villa Valencia. I recommend it to everyone.

New structure, very kind owners. Everything really perfect, from the welcome to the cleanliness. Rooms equipped with all comforts, with a unique technological avant-garde in the area (and we have visited many properties there and know the surroundings very well!). Possibility to use the drying rack in the garden, free parking, easily accessible. Excellent breakfast, always fresh, complete and if the weather is nice, on the terrace, priceless! Just a shame about the stairs, but being a historic villa, I think it's difficult to create an elevator. We will come back!

The structure has been recently renovated with great taste: the rooms are spacious and well furnished. Mario, the owner, is extremely courteous. The property is comfortable (also equipped with a garden and a parking lot). Villa Verlengia.
