We had a great time at this property. We were afraid it was too far from Vasto, but it only takes 10 minutes to get to the city center. The manager was very kind and helpful, and also recommended great restaurants to go to and activities to do, like the bike ride from Torino di Sangro to Ortona.

Very clean and well-maintained accommodation, with a lovely garden immersed in the countryside, a short distance from the sea and Vasto. Friendly manager who provided us with all the useful information about the area. Recommended for those who love nature and tranquility.

Beautiful property a few kilometers from the Punta Aderci natural reserve. I stayed in an apartment equipped with every comfort (including a dishwasher). The owner, Mr. Luigi, was very kind.

Good value for money! The location is wonderful, a true place to relax. Highlights: the panoramic sea view and the beautiful well-kept surrounding garden. The room is equipped with a refrigerator and a small oven that allows you to prepare quick and precooked meals. For breakfast, there is everything you need in the room to prepare it.

Beautiful structure a few kilometers from the sea with spacious, clean rooms equipped with the essentials. I would recommend just a few more fresh products for breakfast. The patio where you can have breakfast or some takeout/aperitif is really beautiful. Mr. Luigi is a precious source of useful advice and a very kind person.

My family and I stayed for a week with our dog. Luigi (the manager) is attentive to the guests' needs; he also provided us with information about restaurants, beaches, and supermarkets nearby.

Old furniture but okay. Breakfast okay. Warm and humid and mosquitoes but there are air conditioning and mosquito nets in the room. A car is needed for the sea. Beware of wild boars that you already find on the road at dusk where there are also houses.

Nice and convenient position, sea view. Kind and helpful manager. Unfortunately, dated beds, we slept very poorly, we could feel the springs. Poor breakfast, only packaged pastries, we had to ask for something different. I recommend a good mattress change, and the supply of fresh and possibly typical products for a healthier and tastier breakfast. The location deserves and it's a shame to sleep and eat poorly.

The spacious apartment is equipped with everything you need (and even more with a washing machine and dishwasher), the area is convenient to reach the surroundings and Mr. Luigi is very helpful and always polite. Immersed in tranquility.

Very large apartment, very clean and equipped with everything necessary. The spectacular garden is meticulously maintained, where you can eat and spend relaxing evenings. Sea view location 10 minutes by car from the beaches. Luigi, the owner of the Punta Aderci Rooms, was extremely kind and helpful.

We spent a few days in this beautiful property not far from the Punta Aderci Reserve. The location is ideal for those looking for relaxation and as a base for hiking and cycling. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, wheat fields, and fields colored by blooming poppies, the property is managed by the hospitable and friendly Luigi. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there is a beautiful and large garden with olive trees where you can have breakfast, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the silence of the place while admiring the sea just a few minutes away. Congratulations Luigi and thanks for the hospitality!

Tranquillity, parking, simple but efficient structure, possibility to reach the Natural Reserve in three minutes. It is necessary to have a car, motorbike or bike.

Struttura semplice in un posto bellissimo. Molto facile raggiungere la spiaggia e la stupenda Riserva Punta Aderci. Camere spaziose, pulite, con la comodità di prepararsi da soli la colazione. Il gestore è colto, simpatico e molto cordiale.
