We would have preferred a breakfast arrangement with a nearby bar rather than breakfast in the room.

The stay was simply perfect! The B&B is cozy, well-kept in every detail, and located in a very convenient position. Gianluca's welcome was exceptional: he made us feel at home right away, always available and very kind. The breakfast was one of the best moments of the day, abundant, varied, and with the freshest products. Gianluca is truly a super host: attentive, caring, and with great tips for enjoying the area to the fullest. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful room on the central street of Pescara, excellent breakfast available. In the room, there are 2 small hitches: to operate the TV one needs to be a graduate, the entrance stairs, albeit in temporary renovation, are currently a little bit dangerous.
