Excellent property for spending a few days at the seaside in complete tranquility. Located in a nature reserve, tranquility reigns. In the area it is rare to find sea and beaches; the beach is clean and unspoiled, without infrastructure. Full respect for the reserve rules. The B&B hosts are cordial and extremely attentive to guests' needs. Masters of hospitality.

Beautiful clean sea view room. The sea is within walking distance as well as Vasto Marina. If needed, the structure also provides bicycles. Excellent breakfast with a good selection of sweet and savory items. The owners are very kind and attentive, ready to give suggestions even for dinner always in quality restaurants (do not miss the fish stew and dinner on the trabocco) ……. Too bad about the wind but we stayed in September.

Wonderful location, in a great position. Splendid and helpful owners. Good and well-organized breakfast.

We stayed at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast for a couple of days. The place is charming, very well-kept with a beautiful garden and pool. But what makes it special is the care and passion that the owners put into managing the Bed and Breakfast, making the guest feel at home. Excellent breakfast with good products, very varied and with delicious cakes. The passion that the owners put into caring for hospitality should be an example to many star-rated hotels.

When you say home sweet home. That's what we felt during our stay at Le Dune di Villa Diana, the two managers Luigi and Barbara transformed our short 4-day stay. We left with the clear feeling of having stayed much longer thanks to their empathy, so much positive energy, many smiles, and lots of cuddles. Describing the services would be reductive, so trust me, everything very well taken care of, even the details. Their mission: "they sew the vacation on your skin". Truly surprising, try it to believe it.

The hospitality received was exceptional, the hosts Luigi and Barbara are excellent hosts. I will definitely come back.

Great place with rooms practically on the beautiful beach. Great breakfast and the 'hosts' are wonderful. Only thing Luigi: you are definitely a very good architect but next time an extra door wouldn't hurt.

I had the opportunity to stay at this bed and breakfast for a couple's weekend and I highly recommend it. The structure is new, with particular taste both in the room furnishings and in the design of the exteriors. I found the managers very friendly, helpful, and attentive to any of our requests, ready to advise us on typical local restaurants. In the room, we also found small details that make the difference, starting from the water on the bedside tables and the bath slippers. There are also many fresh drinks available for guests, which we appreciated a lot. The breakfast served outside by the pool is a real delight, rich in both sweet and savory products and many fruit juices. The location is ideal, a stone's throw from the sea of Vasto Marina, so you don't even need to take the car. A very quiet place, away from traffic.

A fantastic place, worth recommending.
