La Dote

Very nice property, small but clean and well organized room. Excellent sleep quality. Excellent location, right in the heart of the village. Although breakfast was not included, we found sweets and coffee pods, tea and hot chocolate in the room. Our furry friend was well received: the lady even provided a little bed for him.

Exquisite and helpful landlady, spacious and well-kept room, warm, clean, stunning view. Quiet area with free parking nearby.

Simple Bed and Breakfast in the historic center of Santo Stefano. In the room, there was a coffee machine and plenty of pastries, as well as water and juices available. Parking just a short walk from the property.

Perfect solution for Santo Spirito, Mrs. Teresa very kind.

My girlfriend and I had a great time at the bed and breakfast "La Dote". The owner, Teresa, is a smart person and always welcomes with a smile, she was always available for our every request and made us feel at home. The room was clean and fresh, the bed comfortable, the little balcony was wonderful, we had breakfast with a beautiful view. We will definitely come back because we had a great time.

I stayed at La Dote with my partner for four nights, from 1st to 5th August. We had a great time, the owner Teresa is a very kind and sweet person, always helpful and attentive but never intrusive. We chose the small room, a space smaller than a normal double room, yet equipped with all comforts, from the Lavazza coffee machine to the professional hairdryer. Breakfast is not included, but we found fresh fruit and cookies from the bakery in the room every day, as well as coffee pods and various tea bags. In the small fridge (very convenient) we found milk and water, replenished daily at no extra cost. Finally, two beautiful bicycles were available, we didn't use them but still appreciated the option.

We had a great time. It's a shame we couldn't close the shutters due to the presence of chairs and a small table on the balcony, and avoid the light from early dawn. Everything else was fine.

Lovely place. The landlady is unparalleled, courtesy and availability are the watchwords. We will be back.

I only stayed one night, but it was very pleasant. The property has a beautiful location with a great view. The owner is very kind, offered us a drink as soon as we arrived and explained what to do in the town. Breakfast was not included, but she still offered us coffee and homemade cake.

In an ancient and picturesque village, we discovered a romantic and charming Bed and Breakfast. The silence and quality of life are priceless. It was a shame to have to leave. A gem for us scuba divers: the dryer for wetsuits was a real gift. Thank you for the hospitality and care. It was a pleasure to meet you, Teresa.
