New, beautiful and clean apartment, equipped with every comfort and well furnished. Strategically located, ideal for visiting the Gran Sasso, L'Aquila, Teramo and the sea. The owner is friendly and helpful.

Fabrizio is a magnificent host. The bed and breakfast is well-kept, clean, and very welcoming! We were looking for a place with all the comforts and we found it here at a more than honest price! We will return here when we need it.

New and beautiful structure, impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable with a nice garden where you can spend cool moments. Strategic location to reach the Gran Sasso, the Adriatic Sea, and the highway. Fabrizio was very welcoming, very helpful, and endlessly supportive for any need. We spent 10 days here and it was extremely comfortable in every way. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other services very close by. A++.

La Casa di Gemma is a wonderful, spacious, very clean apartment with a bright and friendly atmosphere. It is equipped with everything one could ask for. La Casa di Gemma is located in a wonderful valley, near Teramo, with quick access to great hikes, mountain biking tours, beautiful villages, and a splendid view of the Gran Sasso mountains. Fabrizio and his wife are the most charming hosts one can imagine. Since Fabrizio also works as a mountain biking guide, he is the perfect contact for any questions about hiking trails, tourist attractions, and restaurants. We can't wait to return soon to La Casa di Gemma!
