Very comfortable.

The facility is located in a very atmospheric environment. Close to nature, olive trees, fig trees, and the sound of cicadas. The younger ones can play ball, volleyball, there is a trampoline. A big plus is the parking space. Very nice host who was waiting for us. Thank you Dorota.

Very friendly reception, sympathetic landlord. As accommodation for a stopover of 1-3 days, it is recommended. We will come back.

We stayed at La Casa di Andrea on our way during our vacation in Puglia, both going and returning. It is a perfect place, a short distance from the A14 motorway. Stayed for one night. What can I say, Lorenzo, the owner, is a lovely person, he gave us more than expected without any extra costs. La Casa di Andrea is super clean and comfortable, surrounded by the greenery of the countryside between Pescara and Chieti.

We stayed only one night, but it's a wonderful place, immersed in the green of the Chieti hills. Lorenzo made us feel like and better than at home. Thank you again for everything. See you next year!

The structure ensures tranquility, autonomy, and above all cleanliness. The manager, Lorenzo, is courteous and very helpful. I would suggest a bit more maintenance, but despite this, I would come back.

Nice place in a quiet area. Not far from the center of Chieti. The owner is very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is not included, but there is a coffee machine in the room with everything you need. The room is very pleasant, as is the bathroom. Clean. Oh, and then there's Sasso... go and meet him!

Structure immersed in the countryside between Chieti Alta and Chieti Scalo. Very beautiful ancient building, with attention to details in the renovation and in the furnishings. The room where I stayed was very spacious, bright, and quiet, with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Impeccable cleanliness. Hot/cold air conditioning in case the heating was not sufficient. The wifi works perfectly. Owner of great kindness and availability. A car is necessary to get there. Everything perfect, I absolutely recommend it!

We stayed at La Casa di Andrea for just one night and we had a great time. The location is very close to Villa Pini clinic, where we needed to go. Clean facility, comfortable rooms, immersed in greenery. Mr. Lorenzo is a very helpful and down-to-earth person, highly recommended for short stays where kitchen use is not needed.

The structure is very nice, located inside Chieti, it is very reserved and quiet. It has a very large and well-kept green area around it. I particularly liked it for the tranquility it exudes, far from the city noises. The owner is very welcoming and kind. I recommend it to you!
