Our B& B is located at Coppito district of L'Aquila art city rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view. "Green Con Certificazione Antisismica Redatta Dagli Ing. Roberto S. E A. Limatola" is hospitable and comfortable.

The room is very nice, spacious and clean. Antonio, the owner, was very hospitable and kind from the start. Convenient location for getting around the Guardia di Finanza, the hospital and the town center. I recommend it.

Good location, everything else to forget. Dirty room: we found dirty glasses used by previous guests of the property; the breakfast container was dirty, so we skipped it. Dust everywhere, it was evident that it had not been tidied. Experience not to be repeated.

I felt very good. The accommodation was perfect for my needs. Being close to the main hospital of the city. Since I came from outside the region. Also in the evening to go downtown for dinner, excellent location. I recommend the accommodation to anyone who needs to stay near the hospital. Mr. Antonio is truly an excellent host. Kind and helpful. The room was very warm. The entrance was very welcoming. I really felt at home. And also the awakening, the silence around is perfect. Even though it is close to the road. I give excellent ratings because quality, price, and location are worth 10.

Extremely positive experience: friendly and helpful staff, convenient location to go anywhere, easily accessible. Large parking and rooms are really well organized and clean. Spacious bathroom. Definitely satisfied!

I stayed at the B&B Green during the Pinewood Festival with my son and I must say that I had a great time. Strategic location very close to the venue, reachable with a 5-minute walk, an excellent reference point to visit the city of L'Aquila but also for a daily excursion to Gran Sasso, National Park, Sulmona, Pescocostanzo, Roccaraso, and the beautiful lake of Scanno. Antonio is an excellent host, kind and helpful, who provided us with great suggestions on the various points of interest to visit during our stay. Clean and fresh room, well furnished and equipped with all comforts, no air conditioning but as you know, L'Aquila is one of the highest cities in Italy and in the evening it was necessary to wear a long-sleeved shirt! Self-service breakfast reserved for each room, abundant and with excellent sealed disposable products, which is very important in this period. We will definitely return in winter to spend a weekend on the slopes of Campofelice! Highly recommend! Excellent value for money!

New structure in an excellent location, just outside the town but easy to reach. Excellent signage to get there. Very helpful owner to ask for any kind of advice, knowledgeable and friendly. We spent a couple of really pleasant nights. B&B Green definitely recommended. If we were to return to the area, we will definitely consider it.

We spent two days in this really beautiful and well-equipped property. Excellent welcome upon our arrival and informed about every feature of the room. Large room, very comfortable bed and clean but above all immense bathroom. Very helpful staff! Really compliments.

Spacious and cool room even in August. Convenient parking under the structure. 5 minutes by car from the center of L'Aquila. Very kind and helpful managers. Packaged breakfast (as required by the new covid regulations) but good and varied.

We stayed for only one night but it was truly fantastic. Cozy rooms, friendly and helpful owner, and a truly excellent breakfast. The property is located a few steps from the University and two minutes from the historic center. We will definitely come back.

A truly beautiful and excellent structure as a base for visiting both L'Aquila and the Abruzzo National Park! The environment and the room are impeccably clean and the kindness of the manager is exquisite. The structure managed the Covid19 restrictions very well, ensuring a breakfast with packaged products of good quality. The ample and easily accessible parking was greatly appreciated. Recommended also for families.

Excellent starting point to visit the main tourist attractions, we used this B&B as a base to explore L'Aquila, Gran Sasso National Park, Campotosto Lake, and Scanno. Bright room with bathroom and small terrace, clean and equipped with all the necessary Covid sanitization measures. We appreciated the attention to detail in providing a simple yet complete breakfast, with sealed single portions of good quality! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Excellent facility for those who need to go to the University, hospital, and Guardia di Finanza. New, earthquake-proof structure with documentation visible in the B&B hallway. Abundant breakfast, reserved parking for the car, and internet connection. Excellent, highly recommended.
