Quality reception by Giorgia who is really caring for her guests. \nIdeal location and incredible cleanliness. \nI highly recommend this modern, welcoming, and comfortable accommodation for a holiday by the sea and in the city center.

The B&B Enjoy Living is definitely recommended: the rooms are modern and clean, the location is ideal. Just 4 minutes from the promenade and the beach, as well as the city center. The 3 cafés where you can have breakfast are also within walking distance in a few minutes. We particularly liked: the private (in our case, of the suite, very large balcony; larger than the room) as well as the vouchers for breakfast in neighboring cafés and discounts at many restaurants. The highlight: private sunbeds and umbrella at the Beachclub Croce del Sud (just down the street and you're there). The owners explain everything to you. The reception was very warm, with welcome sparkling wine and a small bottle of water. In the room, there is a small private fridge, but you can also use the large one in the shared kitchen. Only cooking is not allowed, but you can warm something up in the microwave, cut fruit or make sandwiches. The vouchers for the Italian (!) breakfast are valid all day, which was very favorable for us as late risers. In 2 of the 3 cafés, you get the typically Italian-spartan breakfast, consisting of 1 drink + 1 croissant (or savory croissant). In one of the cafés, we were pleasantly surprised, as we could order unlimited food, so many rolls and pastries as we wanted and as many drinks as we wanted. The rooms are cleaned every morning, towels and sheets are changed every 3 days. This is really a super service! However, personally, I was bothered by being woken up every morning by cleaning noises in the hallway or in the other rooms. I could do without this if I could sleep in peace. But that's a matter of taste and having a freshly made bed and swept room every day was very pleasant. For parking, you can use the public parking down the street, near the train station. We paid 2.50 € per day. The machine does not give change (!) and the card was not accepted. Alternatively, you can pay via the easypark app (then costs 2.90 €). Here's a warning: unfortunately, there are sometimes shady characters who beg for money. We heard that they scratch your car if you don't give them anything. Fortunately, they were only there 2 times, but it's better to pay. Hope the police have gotten this under control by now. All in all: 100% recommendation! We will gladly come back and want to warmly thank Luca and the housekeeping lady (whose name we unfortunately do not know) for everything. We felt very welcome.

Would recommend to everyone! We had a great stay. First-class location! Very close to the airport. Just a few steps to the sea and the center. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The host was very warm and kind and had a lot of information for us. Beach loungers were included in the price. An all-around perfect stay ☀️

Great property for short stays.

Very pleasant experience, very close to the seafront of Pescara and just a few steps from both the course and the station. The room is very cozy with a modern style, a well-lit terrace with "legendary" mini-golf. The manager of the property is exceptionally helpful and very professional. I recommend it!

Excellent structure, brand new and with simple furnishings of good taste. My room had a large and livable balcony in the nice season. The host was very kind, helpful, and organized for all the needs I expressed. Impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast at nearby affiliated bars.

I stayed for a week and it was a very positive experience. The room met expectations, the style is modern and the furniture is functional, the bed is very comfortable and the cleanliness is high. The managers are courteous and helpful. The location is excellent, central but sheltered from the chaos. For breakfast, you need to refer to affiliated bars, I suggest Nole, it is the closest and the croissants are excellent. The quality price ratio is satisfactory.

Excellent structure close to the city center and the sea. The room is very clean. The umbrella and sunbeds are included in the price. Warm welcome from the manager, who gave us plenty of information. I highly recommend.

Excellent welcome (also early as requested) excellent. The room, inside an apartment with 3 rooms and a shared kitchenette, perfectly renovated in every detail and equipped with everything necessary. The small furnished terrace is also very nice. Beach umbrella and sunbeds included at a beach establishment on the beautiful seafront 200 meters from the property. In short, a very positive experience that we will always choose this b&b for our stays in Pescara.
