Excellent hosts with a very modern room. They were so kind and offered us an aperitif when we arrived. Would highly recommend. The parking is on a steep slope so be careful if you are not a confident driver. Very convenient location as we drove north.

What can I say? I found people who truly know the meaning of hospitality and generosity. Brand new structure, excellent set in the room for coffee, chamomile, etc. I was really impressed!

New construction, a bit to improve the exterior, but surely with time it will happen. The room has everything you need, you can see that the structure is recent. Price, in my opinion, a bit high for the location where it is located. Breakfast is good, but something more could be done. Personal advice to the owner (very kind and helpful): a mosquito net wouldn't hurt.

Highly recommended! Perfect location, right in front of the clinicized hospital; just cross the street and you're already there. Extremely kind and helpful managers, always ready to give you advice about the area and very attentive to every need. I will definitely come back.

All positive especially for the proximity to the hospital, right in front, but the descent to reach the structure is rough so dangerous... can definitely improve on this... very helpful manager.

The apartment is located in an important area, as it is close to the hospital. The entrance of the structure has a dirt slope, not very convenient for those arriving with luggage (still an open construction site). The room where I stayed is very nice, with essential but well-kept furniture in details and colors. The bathroom is also a beautiful environment, finished with taste. I slept comfortably. The only major flaw was the lack of proper welcome or management by the owners, from whom I perceived little attention to the customer, as they were distracted by their family routine. Furthermore, they do not have an electronic payment service for the structure (a bit annoying in 2021) and also requested immediate payment for the overnight stay upon my arrival, without even leaving me a receipt (so no invoicing occurred; reason why I had to trust more in their hospitality than they did in my presence).

The room smells new and the cleanliness is impeccable. For breakfast I asked for a classic: coffee and croissant, but you can easily ask for something else. Anyway, very well-kept b&b, even in small things like memory foam pillow, TV in the room, and quite a large personal bathroom. Recommended.

Family-run facility, new, clean, equipped with everything you need, highly recommended! I stayed for two nights and felt at home. The owners are very helpful and make sure nothing is missing. Despite the anti-Covid rules, breakfast is provided with tea, coffee, yogurt, milk, and various packaged products. Convenient private parking and close location to the hospital and the University.

Struttura nuovissima, pulita e di design dislocata a 10 metri dall'ospedale di Chieti. Personale gentile e disponibile. La colazione è in camera per ovvi motivi legati alla pandemia, ma vi sono a disposizione diversi tipi di caffè da preparare con macchina in cialde, bevande calde, yogurt e dolci confezionati. Assolutamente consigliata.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo pernottato una notte come tappa verso la Puglia. L'alloggio è molto accogliente, curato nei minimi particolari, completo del necessario. La pulizia è eccellente ed i gestori cordiali ed estremamente disponibili. Il loro obiettivo di fare sentire gli ospiti come a casa propria è stato ampiamente raggiunto. La colazione, nonostante le normative covid, è abbondante. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo fatto tappa qua solo per una notte. I proprietari ci hanno accolto molto bene. Super gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno anche offerto un piccolo aperitivo. La camera e bagno molto carine tutto moderno! Il posto si trova facilmente a pochi km dell'autostrada e parcheggio disponibile. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Ci ritorneremo e lo consiglio assolutamente

Struttura meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima. I gestori sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta o necessità e accoglienti ci hanno fatto sentire a casa Colazione che rispettava tutte le norme Covid, ed era più che abbondante, con yogurt, the, caffè, merendine, biscotti e latte. Prezzo ottimo per la cura e la qualità dei servizi offerti. Consiglio vivamente.

Ambiente molto curato nei dettagli e pulizia impeccabile. Grazie alla cordialità dei padroni di casa e di tutta la famiglia, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La struttura è nuovissima, la colazione non viene servita a causa covid, ma è abbondante e varia. Ci è stato offerto un aperitivo di benvenuto che ci ha ritemprato dopo un lungo viaggio. Il prezzo è assolutamente adeguato alla qualità dei servizi offerti. Vivamente consigliato.

Camera curatissima, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. I gestori due ragazzi giovani, molto educati e disponibili. Ci hanno fatto sentire veramente a casa. La colazione, che per normative anti Covid, ci siamo dovuti preparare da soli è risultata più che abbondante con una grande varietà di the, caffè, biscotti, merendine, latte, yogurt... Da consigliare senza ombra di dubbio.
