This is the Apple Store of Bed and Breakfasts. I can highly recommend their professionalism and excellence in hospitality. Definitely the best place to stay for visiting Montesilvano - Pescara.

Absolutely positive experience. The room is large, spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. The bathroom has a double sink and a spacious shower. Very satisfied with the cleanliness and the staff, very kind and helpful! Breakfast is not served on site but in a dream pastry shop just a few steps from the B&B. Highly recommended for me!

The room was very comfortable and the cleanliness was impeccable, parking was very convenient right under the building, all services nearby. I would add a megagalactic breakfast at the Pastry Shop with the coupons. I thank Mr. Alessio for his courtesy and availability.

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at this property because the night before our arrival they informed me that they had a technical issue and the room reserved for us was not usable. Alessio was very kind and professional, booking a room of equal level and price in another nearby property himself. I greatly appreciated the transparency and professionalism.

It offers many services, such as free minibar and coffee machine in the room, a complete bathroom set in every detail, including toothbrush and disposable toothpaste. Brand new structure and manager (Alessio) of absolute kindness and availability. He went out of his way to help me enjoy a great breakfast despite my lactose intolerance. The cleaning staff is also very kind, really nice and professional ladies. I will definitely return to this beautiful structure as soon as I have the opportunity to do so. Last but not least advantage: private parking in front of the structure. Well done, I truly recommend the location.

Wonderful, we were pampered from start to finish. The room was large with two en-suite bathrooms, two small terraces, comfortable beds and pillows of exceptional material. Parking is free and in front, 5 minutes from the sea, definitely an experience we recommend and hope to repeat soon, thank you for everything!

The breakfast is rich in high quality and organic raw materials, with attention to environmental sustainability. What can I say, never been in a better Bed and Breakfast! Everything is designed to the smallest detail, from the room with Netflix and minibar to the wonderful breakfast in the morning. Modern, clean, tidy, and welcoming. Alessio is kind and helpful, he welcomed us making us feel at home immediately. Without a doubt, if I had to come back nearby, I'll know where to go! I highly recommend it.
