breakfast for us is a ritual and can be enjoyed both inside and outside. The tables are laid with care, kitchen utensils English bonne China first 900, with silver cutlery and crystal glasses. It was great to stay at B&B Zasa Assunta's place. She was lovely, and the location is very beautiful. Wish we had found more time to spend with the cat.

Simply enchanting setting: a villa in the countryside, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, managed by Mr. and Mrs. Assunta (Zasa) and Pino. Exquisite hospitality, spacious and rustic yet well-kept rooms. Breakfast with homemade products (jams, brioches, juices) and freshly picked fruit. Special mention for the spicy fig jam. Truly pet-friendly structure: perfect spaces for those with dogs, even large ones (we stayed with 2 dogs weighing 40 kg each). Convenient location for walks in the Maiella Park and 20 minutes from the sea in Ortona (where there is a wonderful Bau beach). Superlative value for money.

Great care for the guests by the hosts Assunta and Pino, ready to fulfill any breakfast wish. Suitable location for discovering many beautiful villages and absolute tranquility of the property located amidst vineyards and olive groves.

It is very difficult to summarize in a few lines what it meant for us to stay at B&B Zasa with Assunta and Pino. Peace, silence, and harmony reign in their home surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, vineyards, and fruit trees. In this beautiful garden, available to guests, there is a fully equipped kitchen with barbecue, oven, stove, fridge, and sink. Breakfast is always served in the garden. Here Pino expresses all his creativity and generosity. Every morning (we stayed with them for 8 days), Pino offered us, in addition to the standard, a breakfast always different rigorously prepared with his own hands: focaccia, bread, fragrant brioche kneaded with his sourdough served with the jams from their orchard, with local cheeses and cold cuts, or with the oil always from his production. Freshly picked fruit, freshly prepared juices, and a good coffee to top it all off. Rooms perfectly clean equipped with everything you need. Upon returning home in the evening, you could enjoy "a small drink", a selection of liqueurs always made by Pino, each one better than the other. Assunta and Pino then enriched our vacation with many suggestions that we highly recommend following because they will allow you to see enchanting places, anecdotes about the history and traditions of their region transmitted with contagious passion and enthusiasm. Two wonderful people who treated us as if we were their children. We will definitely come back because we already miss them... and we have just left!

The beautiful little house is immersed in the countryside near Orsogna, the structure dates back to the early 1900s and has been skillfully and lovingly restored, without depriving it of its rusticity, by the couple Pino and Assunta; two very sunny and genuine people, who welcomed us with generous hospitality.\n\nThe room is comfortable and at night you rest in absolute silence. In the morning, Mrs. Assunta delighted us with a rich breakfast prepared on the spot, the various chats with Mr. Pino were pleasant, the feeling was often that of being welcomed into their family even if only for three days.\n\nThe location is strategic for visiting the surrounding areas such as Lanciano, Ortona, the small and beautiful Crecchio, Guardiagrele, Pretoro, Fara San Martino.\n\nHighly recommended.

Really nice structure, renovated and tastefully furnished, as already described by other users, so I won't elaborate further. Assunta and Pino were two truly exceptional hosts who welcomed us and our little dog in an exemplary way, delighting us with tastings of Mr. Pino's preparations. If you are looking for hospitality and tranquility, you can't ask for more. Really top quality/price ratio.

We were supposed to stay a weekend then reduced (unfortunately) to only one night, Pino and Assunta welcomed us with great kindness and availability. The rooms are on the first floor of a small farmhouse, very cozy, furnished in a rustic country style enriched by unusual style and finesse details. We were in the area for a running race on the Maiella, we left at 5 in the morning and despite this Pino prepared us a rich breakfast with fresh figs from his garden! We were able to use the room until late afternoon after the race to wash and change before leaving. We had a great time and we will be back! Thanks from the bottom of our hearts to Pino and Assunta!

We spent Ferragosto in the car, reaching Calabria, the destination of our 2016 holidays, and we couldn't help but, with great nostalgia, think back to the beautiful Ferragosto of 2015, spent at B&B Zasa. It was unthinkable not to review the old photos, the beautiful location, the barbecue made available by the owners, which besides Ferragosto was the witness of another beautiful evening with our unforgettable friends from Mestre, whom we met at Zasa. Beautiful typical farmhouse, carefully renovated, skillfully preserving its original features; surrounded by olive trees, among which our 4-legged friend could roam safely; an area available to guests with a superb barbecue, the pride of Pino, Zasa's husband, nickname of Assunta, the owner of the B&B. What can we say about them, if not that they are wonderful people, who with a sometimes embarrassing discretion made us feel at home. We immediately understood that the place was special, when we arrived and found Pino waiting for us with a great homemade ice cream; and then every evening what became a ritual, tasting the various liqueurs and spirits also homemade. We will miss all this this year, but we will return to Orsogna, promised. A big hug, Ezio, Morena, and Baloo.
