Quiet location yet close to the beach.

Great communication with Mrs. Annarita. I appreciated her availability to meet requests. The room was spacious, cool, and comfortable, equipped with all amenities. Overlooking the flowers in the small garden, which, having not been frequented by other guests, turned out to be very quiet. The beautiful and large public beach is just a few meters away. I had a very good time and would gladly return.

In this B&B Villa Elena we had the pleasure of staying for 15 days. The structure is complete with everything, in its 'small' it offers everything you need for a beach holiday very close with the possibility of also having the umbrella, daily cleaning but... what enhances and makes you feel at home is Davide. Manager, advisor, person who always has the solution for every need. The breakfasts he prepares are nothing short of sublime (and we have visited many B&Bs). Absolutely recommended.

The location of B&B Villa Elena is excellent, just steps away from everything, in a very well-kept and quiet avenue, adjacent to a beautiful green park where you can walk your dogs, for those who have them. The impeccable cleanliness is accompanied by the kindness and availability of the manager. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The rooms are equipped with every comfort and the en-suite bathroom is very convenient. A positive experience, to be repeated without a doubt. Thank you Davide!

The room was not very large, but everything was very clean; the furnishings and the bathroom are new. The manager was very kind, the breakfast delicious. If I were to return to Montesilvano, I would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this property. Impeccable service, great courtesy and availability from the manager, excellent room cleaning, spacious bathroom with all comforts and a lovely breakfast in the morning. B&B Villa Elena turned out to be a property with an excellent value for money just steps away from the sea.
