A pleasant discovery. The rooms are new, clean and well furnished. The owners are welcoming and attentive, yet discreet. We couldn't have expected better. The breakfast is above the standard for a B&B. In short, you couldn't hope for better.

Excellent B&B, location a 5-minute walk from the center and easy parking next to the property. Essential rooms with everything needed. Mrs. Angela is very kind. Recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying recently at B&B Villa Adriana and I can only express my most sincere satisfaction. From the very first moment, we were enveloped by an exceptional welcome that made us feel at home right away. The hosts are wonderful, attentive, and caring people, capable of anticipating every desire with a truly rare availability. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable and deserves special praise. Every area, from the room to the bathroom, to the common spaces, shines with a care and attention to detail that testifies to a truly professional management. One feels at ease in a fresh and sanitized environment, a fundamental aspect for me. Another strong point is the care in product selection: homemade cakes, fresh seasonal fruits, quality cold cuts and cheeses, and excellent coffee. Everything was delicious and abundant, a perfect way to start the day. I particularly appreciated the availability of breakfast even at unusual times, often being on business trips with variable hours, the flexibility to have breakfast even before the standard time was a huge advantage and a service that demonstrates great customer care. Finally, the location of the B&B, not far from the center, turned out to be extremely convenient. It allows easy access to the main attractions and services while guaranteeing the tranquility and peace necessary for a restorative rest after a day of exploration. In summary, Villa Adriana is not just a simple B&B, but a place where hospitality becomes art. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience, made of comfort, care, and a human warmth that makes the difference. I can't wait to return!

Good location to visit Sulmona and its surroundings.

Beautiful structure, easy to reach, on the outskirts but very close to the center (5/6 minutes on foot), and 8 minutes on foot from the Pelino confetti factory/museum. The owner is very kind and attentive to the customers' needs. Breakfast is available in savory and sweet options, according to personal preferences.

Well located in the immediate vicinity of the center with a motorcycle parking inside the courtyard protected by a gate, these are basic things for me. Friendly and helpful staff. Bed with sagging mattresses and plastic under the sheet annoy me. Good breakfast with fruit but could be improved with local products. Room a bit noisy because the building is close to a busy road.

Everything is fine, only the heating that works and does not work properly. In short, it has problems. The lady who manages it, I cannot remember her name now, is a wonderful person.

For a short stay in Sulmona, it is a suitable structure. The center is within walking distance. The manager is not present on site. Close to a busy road that can be heard in the morning.

The welcome, breakfast, and cleanliness of the room upon arrival are the strengths of this B&B. Ms. Angela was truly very kind and attentive to every request regarding intolerances and needs. If I may point out a couple of things, I could say that sometimes there was a bit of a bad smell in the bathroom, perhaps coming from the sewers, and another problem is for those, like me, who have very light sleep. Unfortunately, the structure is very close to a very busy road, both day and night, which makes resting a bit more complicated. However, I still feel overall that I can give a positive rating!

Strategic location to visit the center of Sulmona and as a starting point for trips to the area's attractions. Internal parking with electric gate and video surveillance for the Grey room. Clean and comfortable rooms, sweet or savory breakfast, kitchen available 24/7. Excellent welcome and availability from Mrs. Angela and her husband Gaetano. Not to be taken for granted, the photos exactly match the structure.

Lovely B&B Villa Diana located a few meters from the entrance to the historic center of Sulmona (Porta S. Antonio). Excellent welcome from Angela and her husband Gaetano. We appreciated the cleanliness and the furnishings of the B&B and also the possibility of parking. You can also enjoy a lovely garden to spend relaxing moments. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely return.

Great location to visit the center of Sulmona and other attractions in the area (Lake Scanno, Roccaraso, etc.). Room and bathroom of good size and well cared for; small suggestion: I would add mosquito nets.

We stayed 2 nights and had a good time. The B&B Villa Diana has parking and a private garden. In a great location, it allows you to move around easily on foot. Highly recommended.

Great location, less than 10 minutes walk from the center. We felt at home. Extreme availability for breakfast, the lady asked us if we preferred sweet or savory breakfast and provided according to our tastes with croissants, pancakes, fruit. Being able to leave the car inside the structure was very convenient but there was also plenty of parking available on the street. Cleaning was also excellent.

Cozy and hospitable structure, a stone's throw from the train station and the historic center. Comfortable room and assorted breakfast. Room cleaning not done.

Ideal accommodation both for those passing through Sulmona and for those, like in the case of the writer, who want to stay longer (we stayed for 5 nights) to dedicate to visiting the inner areas of Abruzzo. The property, three minutes walk from Porta Napoli and therefore from the historic center of Sulmona, has two comfortable and large rooms, as well as the bathroom. There is also a convenient parking space accessible through the automatic gate and located next to the little garden. Mrs. Angela, in charge of the reception and breakfast preparation, is kind and helpful.

Very welcoming and comfortable structure, new and clean. About 700 meters from the center of Sulmona, so it can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. Very helpful and courteous (Mr. Angela) staff. Pleasant stay.

We had a good time, a stone's throw from the center in our opinion the structure very beautiful having chosen the superior room I had the parking available inside the structure very good.

I stayed for one night with my wife at B&B Villa Diana, we were welcomed with extreme kindness and punctuality. The room was very clean and equipped with everything needed for the bathroom. Breakfast was simple, with fresh croissants, biscuits, jams, rusks, and more. We felt very free and at home. Thank you and we will return if we pass by Sulmona.

The B&B Villa Diana is quite close to the historic center, which is within walking distance in a few minutes. The room is very nice, decorated in a modern style and tastefully lit, the bathroom nice and well equipped (both the furnishings and the supply of soap and bath products). The breakfast is very abundant and delicious with pastry products, milk, coffee, yogurt, cereals, various jams and honey. My husband and I are fully satisfied with the experience and if we happen to return to the area, we would gladly stay there again.

I stayed at B&B Villa Diana and I must say I really enjoyed it, cozy room, private garden, thorough cleaning and all just a stone's throw from the historic center. Congratulations, I will definitely come back.

The strategic location allows you to reach the main points of interest quickly. The possibility of having breakfast outdoors is very much appreciated.
