Our B&B is located in the center of Avezzano yet overlooks the countryside. We offer free on-site parking, bike rentals, a small gym with spinning bikes and weights, a heated ski storage room with a changing area and restroom, luggage storage, balconies in all rooms, a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a heat-pump climate control system (heating and cooling), a library, an organic vegetable garden, and advice on tourism and the local environment. Baby cots, a changing table, and a baby bath are also available. Electric vehicle charging (6 kW) is provided at the standard domestic electricity rate.

Breakfast is served in the kitchen and on the shared covered terrace, with packaged or sealed food items available until 10 AM.
