Warm and welcoming reception from the host. He immediately offered to put the bikes in a secure place. The room and the B&B are very well maintained (cleanliness and facilities. Note everything is provided for people with reduced mobility! Bravo!). It is well located in relation to the center with some noise disturbances related to the port and the road. By closing the window and using the air conditioning you don't hear anything anymore. The arrangement of breakfast with various bars is very pleasant. He also allowed us to discover a very good pastry shop (Pasticceria Cantelma). Beautiful stay!

Really nice structure, perfect cleanliness, very friendly and helpful manager. Provided us with a lot of information about B&B Reale and was engaging. The property is in an optimal position for walks and the sunrise over the sea seen from the room with balcony is always beautiful.

Extremely functional place, has everything necessary for an overnight stay. Excellent location, just steps from the center which allows you to easily visit the beautiful town of Ortona. The presence of information at B&B Reale on historical-cultural-religious and gastronomic sites to visit nearby to discover the splendid Abruzzo territory is very useful. The manager is available, hospitable with whom you can have pleasant conversations. Overall, it was a really nice stay, we carry a beautiful memory in our hearts.

The B&B Reale is strategically located, with a sea/port view of Ortona, a stone's throw from the historic center and close to the cycle path "via verde dei trabocchi". Cozy rooms, recently renovated, spacious and suitable for families with children, with a second bed available. Simple, functional furnishings with a large bathroom. Breakfast room available. Granfranco, the owner, is a very friendly person and willing to provide logistical advice (garage for our bikes) and organizational advice for the duration of the stay. Being in a condominium structure, if there was the possibility of mutual agreement to proceed with external maintenance works, it would earn an extra score, which is already at the highest level of satisfaction. Thank you for everything. If there is an opportunity, I will return, in the meantime I recommend it to everyone.

In September difficulty in moving from the country and the beaches and the cycle path to the sea due to lack of public transport. The manager, very kindly, did everything possible to help us.

Spacious and recently renovated room. Great attention to cleanliness in the rooms. The only suggestion we feel like leaving is to add some furniture in both rooms to store things. Optimal location at the edge of the ZTL, it is possible to reach the property by car and park in the area (in August it's a bit more complicated, of course), but in a few minutes on foot you can reach the various bars in the center.

Nice structure, new, clean and tidy. The breakfast, very good, is provided in one of the many pastry shops or bars on the main street, two minutes from B&B Reale. Located in the center of Ortona, close to every service within walking distance, to beautiful views and the castle. A few minutes by car you can reach the most famous beaches and the 'green way of trabocchi', where you can rent bicycles and ride along the charming cycle path along the sea, to see them. The owner is helpful and kind. Everything perfect. We will come back!

We stopped in Ortona somewhat by chance, but these two days were truly very pleasant. The B&B Reale is well-kept in detail, with a beautiful view and excellent cleanliness, rare to find. I feel that the best part of the property is Gianfranco. A person of great culture and availability, just knowing that at breakfast we were pampered with wonderful pastries just bought from the bakery, every morning. He treats guests like friends to take care of! We will cherish a beautiful memory and hope to have the opportunity to return!

The B&B Reale is located in a not very new structure, but the rooms have been recently renovated, they are very clean and comfortable. Close to the beginning of the pedestrian island and the cycle path. The manager is super helpful and friendly. Great experience.

I stayed at the very charming B&B Reale in Ortona. A wonderful place, perfect location, very clean and welcoming room! Gianfranco, the owner, was immediately available and very kind. For breakfast in the morning, you can go and try the different affiliated bars with the B&B along the main street of Ortona, one better than the other! New structure, attention to every detail, possibility to put bikes in the garage. Great location for cycling towards the Costa dei Trabocchi. Highly recommended!

The structure is located just a short walk from the center. It does not have a parking lot but if you are lucky you can still find parking nearby. For breakfast, vouchers are provided to use in bars. Clean and very spacious room. The manager is kind and very helpful.

Brand new structure equipped with every comfort, clean and welcoming. Mr. Gianfranco welcomed us with sympathy and care, providing all kinds of useful information. Possibility to have breakfast in many affiliated structures nearby. Very convenient to the center, only small drawback the proximity to a busy road from the early hours. Problem solvable by closing the perfectly sealed windows and using the efficient air conditioner.

We had a very good experience. The staff of B&B Reale was extremely kind, helpful, and well-prepared. The room was very clean and recently renovated. We will probably return in the future.

The B&B Reale is a few meters from the pedestrian zone, very convenient to reach the city center and not far from the beginning of the Via Verde cycle path and the sea. The building is very dated but inside the rooms are all renovated, essential and clean. \nThe owner Gianfranco is very kind and helpful for all information. \nWe stayed there for four nights and we had a good time.

It was a very pleasant holiday thanks to the hospitality of Gianfranco and the brand new structure studied in detail and equipped with all the comforts not always found in other bed & breakfasts.

Recently renovated property in a great location (right in the city center), panoramic (our room with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for admiring the sunrise). Spacious, clean room, well-furnished in a modern style, equipped with air conditioning; large bathroom with a window, particularly noteworthy the shower, comfortable, state-of-the-art, with the ability to finely adjust the water temperature and choose between two types of shower head (fixed and handheld). In front of the rooms, equipped common area, characterized by the presence of separate collection containers, fridge (unfortunately currently not usable due to current anti-Covid regulations) and key-locked display cases (one per room), which serve as a private exchange place between guests and hosts, where, upon arrival, you will find various informative brochures on activities / cultural events / places of major interest in the area and daily breakfast vouchers, currently to be consumed at the bar due to the ongoing pandemic (with the possibility of choosing among several bars and pastry bars in the surrounding area, clearly indicated by the host). Finally Gianfranco, the ideal host: helpful, kind, prepared and informed about everything regarding the city and able to respond promptly (he is always reachable) to all guest needs (information on bike rental, best beaches, restaurants and pizzerias, schedules and various services). Maximum organization in managing the property. Such organization and information are rarely found! We will definitely return!

Very modern and spacious room. The cleanliness is impeccable and the sea view is satisfying. The excellent breakfast, made at the Gateaux bar. The owner is friendly and available for any information. We hope to return for a bike ride along the trabocchi coast.

The structure is in a perfect location to visit Ortona and as a starting point for other destinations. The Vintage room we had booked was perfect for us. Clean and quiet. We had a dog with us, well received and pampered by Gianfranco who proved to be an exceptional host. Paolo and Daniela.

I stayed at B&B Reale with my boyfriend. The room is brand new, well-lit, electric shutters, air conditioning, brand new bathroom and excellent shower. The location is perfect: 1 minute walk from the main pedestrian street. Convenient also regarding parking. Gianfranco is very kind and very helpful for everything. I highly recommend it!

I was here with my partner for a weekend of relaxation and to celebrate her birthday. Completely renovated and comfortable structure, centrally located for quick access to the sea and for a walk in the center. The highlight was definitely Mr. Gianfranco, very helpful in every aspect. He helped me organize a surprise for my partner and even gave her a small personal gift. Excellent value for money, worth going back.

The location is very central and well served by urban and extra-urban connections, a stone's throw from the pedestrian center, pharmacies, and restaurants. Close to the beach with stones or sand. The owner was very helpful in giving us directions for our travels. We will gladly return.

Gianfranco was very helpful. The structure is comfortable, close to the center and a short walk from the bus stop for trips to the beach. The room has just been renovated, the bathroom is very nice and the rest of the room is comfortable. The little terrace offers a view of the sea and the port.
