Very nice B&B Montè, very well-kept, everything new and very clean. The hosts were very helpful, polite and professional. The breakfast was abundant, requests were met; there was always a special extra. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, possibly also by car, sufficient and safe parking.

Structure located inside a not recently built building. The rooms, however, are well-kept and welcoming in their simplicity. Comfortable beds, spacious areas, and a comfortable bathroom with all the available accessories. The owners are very courteous and welcoming, providing the utmost availability and attention to the customer. Very convenient the adjacent ample free parking. Recommended for a stay in Montesilvano both with family and in a group. Near the train station for those who use that means.

Structure not brand new but in excellent condition, very courteous and helpful owners especially Mrs. Roberta. It's a pity that the street the room overlooked was quite noisy. I would recommend the installation of soundproof windows to improve the stay.

The location is convenient and easily accessible, close to everything, and if you use the car, there is a free and safe parking lot just a few meters away. Do not be deceived by the exterior appearance that does not reward the great accuracy of the structure. On the first floor of a small building opens a B&B of rare beauty, very well-kept and masterfully managed by the owner who takes care of everything necessary to make the customer feel good. I highly recommend it.

Abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Ferragosto nel b&b, prima vacanza in Abruzzo, ed è stato tutto perfetto. Soprattutto l’accoglienza, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei gestori. Consigliamo vivamente la struttura per la pulizia e l’ottima colazione. Un caro saluto. Anna e Claudio

Ho soggiornato qui con il mio ragazzo a cavallo di ferragosto e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Ottime le colazioni: ogni mattina brioches diverse che ci venivano fatte trovare sul tavolino per ogni ospite e torte tipiche (anche senza lattosio). Buona la posizione soprattutto se si intendono noleggiare delle biciclette che i gestori, molto disponibili e cordiali in ogni momento, ci hanno fatto depositare in un locale proprio sotto al B&B. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e moderne... orologi diversi in ogni stanza con fantasie molto carine e arredi nuovi; i letti e i cuscini erano veramente confortevoli il tutto reso più piacevole dal climatizzazione che oltre a rinfrescare la stanza elimina l'umidità. Dunque consigliatissimo!

B&B molto bello ristrutturato benissimo, non manca niente (anche condizionatore). Roberta e suo marito sono molto cordiali e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. La colazione è ottima e le torte preparate da Roberta sono eccezionali.

Il B&B è molto carino e comodo. Nuovo comodo e confortevole. Vicino alla stazione e alle principali fermate di bus nonché al mare. I gestori sono delle bravissime persone, disponibili ad ogni richiesta. La colazione era ottima, le specialità del posto preparate dalla Signora Roberta: ottime. Consigliatissimo.

Una struttura bellissima, un'accoglienza familiare, io e mia figlia siamo state benissimo, disponibilità esagerata dei gestori appena consultati per un problema di informazioni sui trasporti locali celeri nelle ricerche di risposte tutte le comodità disponibili e immaginabili, gli arredi di gusto impeccabile e funzionali.
