Ein sehr schönes und familiäres Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Busverbindungen und Strand sind in nächster Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und angenehm ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können Luca nur weiterempfehlen.

For the little time I spent in the B&B Luca, just to take a shower and then quickly go out and come back late at night after a work dinner, I would say everything is ok. Privacy was ensured. I didn't meet the manager in person, but his collaborators. But otherwise everything's ok.

We stayed yesterday and I must say that the structure is really very beautiful, the room is a real gem studied in the smallest details, so much so that we will return again on our return from Salento! More than positive opinion.

Wonderful stay. Beyond expectations. In a single room, impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, super comfortable French bed, fridge, TV, coffee machine with excellent pods, kettle, private bathroom with every comfort and air conditioning. The welcoming structure, very well-kept. Close to the sea. Excellent breakfast, wonderful apple cake by sweet Morena, served with the attentive but elegantly discreet touch of Luca. René, absolutely special. Made my stay perfect every day. Perhaps needless to say that I will return. Thank you!

The stay was excellent. Mr. Luca and Mr. Renè were very hospitable, kind, welcoming, and attentive to ensure we lacked nothing. The room is very beautiful, tastefully furnished with attention to detail, and is complete with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come back. We chose this property for a week-long vacation. The property is located about 300 meters from the sea. The room is small but very cozy and comfortable with a new bathroom, TV, air conditioning, wi-fi, etc., nothing is missing. Cleanliness is guaranteed. Furthermore, attention to detail is evident. The breakfast is of high quality with homemade pastries and jams. Luca is very hospitable and available to make your stay pleasant. I highly recommend this property to those who choose to take a vacation or need to stay for work in Montesilvano or surroundings. I will come back!

Very helpful and friendly manager, room equipped with every comfort and super clean, bathroom in the room with great shower, the place is located 3 km from the highway entrance and 400 meters from the sea reachable on foot, but the best part is the super phenomenal and super comfortable bed. I recommend this B&B Luca to everyone!

Kindness and friendliness of the manager make you feel like you are part of the family or, as if you have known each other for a long time. Beautiful, cozy structure equipped with wifi, air conditioning, and TV in the room. Close to the sea, reachable with a 5-minute walk. Definitely worth going back.

Delightful and comfortable room, equipped with all the comforts. Everything needed for breakfast (coffee machine, milk, biscuits, and various sweets) is already available in the room for guests. The terrace outside is perfect for relaxing and getting some fresh air.

La scelta del B&B è stata valutata in base a quello che veniva proposto dal sito. Devo dire che il posto è andato ben oltre le aspettative. Ambiente ben tenuto, curatissimo nei minimi dettagli, molto pulito e servito al massimo (se si pensa anche il solo fatto che tutti i giorni viene fatto un passaggio nelle camere con cambio biancheria frequente!). Quindi per la parte "strutturale" niente da eccepire. A questo si aggiunge la parte gestionale. Luca è una persona veramente speciale. È un ottimo anfitrione. Molto professionale e preoccupato sempre del benessere dei propri clienti. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque pensa di andare in Abruzzo.
