The breakfast at the bar is not very practical. Furthermore, we had to pay for our child as the breakfast only includes coffee and croissant and not fruit juice.

Top-notch establishment! Close to all amenities. Very spacious and clean rooms. Great breakfast in a typical small café. I highly recommend it! Plus, the owner is super friendly. If I come back to Pescara, it will definitely be here.

Very spacious room, clean with a large bed and a nice shower room. The B&B Le Stanze sul Corso is well located in the shopping street of Pescara and close to the beach. There is a large parking lot not too expensive (7€ for 24 hours) about 200 meters away and plenty of very varied bars and restaurants. Fausto is very nice and available for information. The only point to improve is the breakfast taken in a bar downstairs where only a drink and a croissant were offered. Good to know if you might want to have it somewhere else.

The rooms are large and well-finished. The bathroom is brand new with a very spacious shower. The common area is well-equipped. The location is fantastic, right in the center. The manager is very kind. We appreciated the attention for the stay in the room with animals, nothing was charged extra! A very appreciated consideration. Recommended structure!

Very central, easy to reach and easily accessible. The room was very comfortable and warm, and the cleaning service was excellent. Perhaps it would be helpful to specify in the description here on the internet that the kitchen is shared with the three rooms. Two improvement suggestions: 1) Provide the kitchen with a couple of large knives, one serrated for bread and one smooth for cutting cheese or meat. 2) Adjust the brightness of the security light in the room, which turns on even when a person turns in bed.

Beautiful structure on the main course, spacious rooms, large bathroom and spectacular shower. Mr. Fausto is very kind and helpful. He gave us the opportunity to leave the trolley and pick it up in the afternoon. The only downside is the breakfast at two affiliated bars. One does not let you in before eight thirty and the other baked croissants around eight/eight fifteen. If you want to have breakfast earlier, you cannot.

Perfect experience, kindness and availability before, during and after the stay. Spacious, clean and warm room. Location in the very center, great for moving around anywhere. Good breakfast in an affiliated bar, but perhaps it would be desirable to have a bit more choice. I will definitely return.

Fantastic location. Very cozy room. I really liked the reception where I had at my disposal not only tea, coffee, herbal teas, etc. but also a fridge and a microwave, in addition to the breakfast offered in a pastry shop 50m from the property. Very friendly and helpful managers. I will definitely come back.

The B&B Le Stanze sul Corso is very nice and the owner is very kind and helpful. The only downside is that I would prefer breakfast to be served on site rather than in an external bar with limited choices (only a hot drink and a croissant available in the deal).

I would say it's the best experience one could wish for in terms of quality and price. Located right in the center of Pescara and close to the most important services, such as the train and bus station. The cleanliness is impeccable and the room was pleasantly heated. I felt like staying in bed all day. I was here a week ago when it was very cold outside. Barring any unforeseen events, I plan to return in May and for this reason I kept in touch via WhatsApp with the owner, who never failed to respond to my messages. Always kind and never annoyed by my constant requests. I highly recommend it.

Great location, very close to the station and the sea, in the heart of the historic center. The structure is modern with a bathroom in the room, but unfortunately not well maintained. Finding a slightly rumpled blanket on the bed and the bathroom not well cleaned is not a nice presentation, alas. We would have also liked to find a simple buffet breakfast in the morning, as in B&B Le Stanze sul Corso, and not go out to the affiliated bar next door, for a croissant and a cappuccino.

Excellent value for money, we stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful B&B, Fausto, the owner, a very kind and super helpful person, gave us a great welcome along with his splendid dog. The B&B is located on Viale Umberto I, in a shopping area just a stone's throw from the station and the sea, it is on the second floor with the possibility of an elevator. The room is large and very clean, the bathroom as well, there is a terrace overlooking the main street and despite the many people, the music from the local venues, etc... You can't hear anything in the room. I recommend it! And I will certainly return.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in the center of Pescara. The location is great because it's right in the center, close to the beaches, near the station and the municipal parking. The manager is very kind and even though we only stayed one night, he treated us very well. Definitely worth going back!

Very convenient structure, close to the FF station, in the central course and served with all kinds. Managers Andrea and Fausto very courteous and available to customer needs. Spacious and quiet rooms, with every comfort, plentiful and assorted breakfast. Advantageous prices.

Excellent location (city center/near the sea), excellent room/bathroom (modern furnishings, superb shower), excellent privacy and independence (enter/exit with a code, coffee/teas available for free), dogs accepted without extra charge, my room also had a balcony.\n\nI highly recommend it to everyone.
