The host is very helpful, the property is clean and new, the location is unfortunately in a construction area, but this is due to the earthquake that devastated the town in 2009.

Exemplary cleanliness. The owners are very kind. The location is great for those who have to take exams for the finance guard. The structure has been recently renovated so everything is new. Clean and plentiful linens. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, complete with all comforts (including a fireplace for the winter). Car parking inside the structure. Easily accessible area. The manager was very helpful and friendly.

The structure is 2 kilometers from L'Aquila, clean, refined, and excellent in all its amenities. I will definitely return, having spent eight nights in complete relaxation and cleanliness, with a very satisfactory price, accompanied by courtesy, kindness, and availability! It was a true pleasure to stay here.
