B&B La Casa del Promontorio

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect — just a short distance from one of the traditional trabocchi along the coast, which made for a beautiful walk and a great spot to watch the sunrise. The water nearby was fantastic for swimming, clear and inviting. The hosts were warm and welcoming, always happy to give tips on the area. It was a lovely, relaxed base for exploring this stretch of the Abruzzo coastline. We would definitely come back!

An authentic surprise. Cozy B&B, homely atmosphere and stunning sea view from the terrace on the top floor. Attentive hosts (Flavio, Martina, Antonio and Virginia), friendly, helpful and ready to assist us at any time. Highly recommended for a full Abruzzo holiday.

We stayed in an apartment that was fully equipped (perhaps a washing machine would make it truly complete). It was clean, with street parking that was convenient, and quiet. A short walk from the belvedere with access to the cycle-pedestrian path. A few kilometers from San Vito. The management was very courteous and attentive to guests.

The B&B opened this year in a two-story building on the D'Annunzio promontory, facing the sea, in a quiet and secluded location, yet only 3 km from the town center of Marina di San Vito. The building has been completely renovated and adapted for hospitality. The en-suite rooms are nice and comfortable, simple but stylish with great attention to colors. The terrace where breakfast is served is superb and the view is beautiful. We even had dinner there (after buying ready-made dishes in town) and the evenings were very pleasant. Breakfast is very good and generous, with drinks of your choice and fresh baked goods from the local bakery on the table (pastries, cookies, bread), plus a buffet: yogurt, fruit, cold cuts, vegetables, jams and spreadable chocolates. On the first floor there is a small kitchen available for guests, where you can use the fridge, sink, kettle and a coffee machine. The B&B hosts welcomed us kindly and informally, like old friends, which we especially appreciated. B&B recommended.

New facility opened this year. Everything is new, the place is clean; the room was made up every morning. Breakfast was very abundant. Virginia, Martina, Flavio and Antonio pampered us and made us feel at home. They accommodated every request. The view from the terrace, where breakfast is served, is very beautiful. From there you can also reach the beaches below on foot. What can I say... we had a great time. Recommended.

We stayed at this B&B and were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and helpfulness of the owners. The property is completely renovated and very well maintained. The cleaning is done daily and is impeccable. The breakfast on the sea-view terrace was much appreciated; it was abundant and based on local products and pastries. Definitely a place to try.
