We were very satisfied. The property is welcoming, clean and well cared for in the details. The room is comfortable and equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a pleasant stay. Thanks to the owner, kind, helpful and attentive to guests' needs. The breakfast was also excellent and well organized. Convenient location, five minutes from the center, quiet environment. Absolutely positive experience, I highly recommend it and I would gladly return!

Overall everything was fine. The only shortcoming was the absence of air conditioning. The fan works, but at night if it stays on you cannot sleep.

Small studio apartment with a kitchenette fully equipped with everything. In the city center. The manager welcomed us with kindness and availability.

Excellent accommodation in a studio apartment in the center of L'Aquila. Clean, very comfortable bed, very central but with the possibility of parking for free in the surrounding streets, with kitchen and equipment available. Industrial breakfast, in the sense of not fresh, but with many products available.
