The location was perfect - located close to the church that we visited. The manager was very helpful. He recommended a pizzeria just below the apartment - and even called to get us a table since it was Saturday night. Breakfast was ready and great. He had a free parking place right in front of the apartment. The rooms had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

In relation to the price, it is a cozy place, close to the center, a very quiet place and to explore the entire center of Lanciano, a perfect location.

We stayed 2 nights in this small hotel. The structure and the rooms are a bit dated but the cleanliness is impeccable. Good breakfast, excellent location just a few steps from the main street, extreme courtesy and availability from the manager who takes care of everything excellently in person. We will definitely come back if in the area again. Highly recommended.

Structure with a slightly dated but very clean and tidy decor. Kind and very helpful manager. Good breakfast with a variety of sweet and savory choices. Excellent value for money.

Not the newest structure but managed and organized excellently, with many small attentions, very clean. Rooms with various accessories, spacious with comfortable bed and pillows, air-conditioned and also equipped with a refrigerator. The owner is really kind and caring. Breakfast quite varied, both sweet and savory. Strategic location of the hotel, a stone's throw from the center, with ample parking nearby. Ideal for a stay in Lanciano at a great price.

Dated but very welcoming and dignified structure. Located near the center, with ample parking possibilities nearby. Clean rooms and quite well-provided breakfast.

A small hotel in a very central and very clean location. The breakfast includes sweet and savory, it is varied and abundant. The manager is kind and welcoming. A truly pleasant stop. In addition, the bus terminal is right under the hotel.

The stay was good, the manager and staff were polite and always available. The room was always clean. For me, the only two things are: one is the bed, as I am used to a much firmer bed; the other thing is the water pressure, very weak. It took longer than necessary to take a shower.
