We believe that breakfast is an important part of the B&B. In fact, the order in which the two words are listed has a purely chronological meaning (first you sleep, then you have breakfast), and not one of importance. Both aspects have the same value and we particularly love taking care of the breakfast service, which will be served from 8:00 am to 9:30 am for the pleasure of our guests. For lovers of the Italian breakfast, there will be freshly baked croissants every morning accompanied by milk, coffee, tea, espresso, a buffet with butter and jams, fruit juice, Nutella, muesli, yogurt, seasonal fruits, and much more, all prepared fresh. Not to be underestimated are the locally sourced or even homemade products (when available) such as yogurt, jams, tarts, cookies... and much more.

This B&B is absolutely fantastic! The room is cozy, spacious and clean with a good bed, the house is well decorated, and there is a the beautiful garden. The location is perfect near the center of Pineto and the beach. Breakfast every morning is great with the most delicious pastries made by Giuliana. Most of all I was surprised by the friendly and helpful owners Emanuele, Martina and Giuliana. A extra experience was the very nice and special yoga lesson by Martina (in English!). I would highly recommend this B&B.

I stayed at this B&B and I can only highly recommend it. From the first moment the welcome was warm and attentive, making me feel at home immediately. A corner of peace and hospitality! The room is spotless and tastefully furnished, as is the entire property, cared for down to the smallest details. Truly one of the best Bed and breakfasts I have ever found. The little villa is very nice and located in a quiet area of Pineto, with easy parking. In five minutes on foot you are in the center, in a little more you reach the beach. There are no shops around but a stone's throw away there is the town hall square with supermarket, bar, and pharmacy. Rooms are well finished and clean, courteous owners and very well-equipped common areas. Excellent breakfast with homemade pastries. Possibility to use bicycles provided by the property. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended! Note: a stone's throw from the villa there is also a pedestrian overpass to reach Parco Filliani and the related adventure park.

Highly recommended, we stayed 9 nights from 6th to 15th July in the orange room, furnished with simplicity and taste, with a large bathroom with bathtub and south-facing balcony and air conditioning. In addition to the exquisite kindness and courtesy as well as the willingness to recommend what to see and appreciate in the territory of Emanuele and his parents and Martina, we enjoyed and appreciated the breakfast pastries, especially those homemade accompanied by local fruit and yogurt. The large garden and bicycles available for short rides have completed our stay at this property. To this we add the beauty of the territory that we appreciated.

We stayed at this B&B in August. We were very satisfied. Located near the sea and the bike path, in a very quiet area. The manager Emanuele is very very helpful. The rooms are new and very clean. The decor is delightful. The breakfast is excellent and abundant. The town center and many bars/restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely come back!

The B&B is a beautiful villa surrounded by a lovely garden that immediately welcomes with wonderful flowers and plants. Inside, a neat and well-kept environment combines the style of the past with contemporary and recycling elements, all with excellent taste. The house is a 'spread' library: in every room and corner, books that arouse the curiosity of the guests. From the marble staircase, you access the rooms, all original and truly well-kept, each with its colors and peculiarities. The orange room, where I stayed, has something extra: a spacious bathroom with a very comfortable and relaxing tub, balcony overlooking the garden with a wonderful blooming purple plant. What about the breakfasts, excellent and fresh products, sweets, juices, fruit, offers everything you could desire and is always very abundant. The hosts are available and always very kind to every request. It is also a stone's throw from the sea and the beautiful pine forest that characterizes this area. It made me want to come back.

I would summarize the beauty of this B&B in one word: a pearl! Original and tasteful furnishings, impeccable cleanliness, tranquility, central location that allows you to reach the sea and all essential services (bars, restaurants, shops, train station, bus stops) with a pleasant walk, abundant and strictly homemade breakfast using excellent quality ingredients. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast during your stay in Pineto. The owner is a fantastic person, kind, efficient in fulfilling every request regarding the interior of the property or general information about places or restaurants to eat with an excellent value for money, always available for a chat during breakfast and in the evening with a great aperitif offered to us. The rooms are very nice and above all clean. The location is great because it is very close to the sea and a pine forest where you can take refreshing walks. The breakfast has a great buffet with homemade sweets, fruit, and organic products. Thank you!

It is a sweetness of a simple and refined Bed & Breakfast at the same time, very clean and detailed to the last detail. Availability and courtesy are the order of the day, with breakfasts with superlative cakes made by Emanuele's mother, a mix of professionalism and familiarity. Emanuele is always ready to give any useful advice on Pineto, where to eat and the surrounding areas to visit, practically pampered us. The bikes made available for free allowed us to visit several characteristic beaches during the three days of stay.

We stayed at the B&B 'A Casa di Lucio e Giuliana' for three nights in August 2015. The B&B is very comfortable, it takes 5 minutes on foot to reach the equipped beaches. The environment is wonderful: attention to detail and above all peaceful. The Lemon room is comfortable, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. Delicious breakfast and especially 'quality' with fresh croissants and delicious homemade cakes. The owner, Emanuele, welcomed us with kindness and availability, also recommending restaurants in Pineto and surroundings, where you can appreciate the delicious Abruzzese cuisine! I have never been so well. The perfect place to go on vacation in Abruzzo. Everything here is 'special', the rooms, the breakfast and above all the welcome and friendliness of the owner. You feel at home, but treated like royalty. I stayed in the Orange Room where I had a large bathroom with a bathtub in the room and a balcony. I especially appreciated both in the room and in the other areas of the property many books made available to guests. The evening before leaving, the owner (we got very close, truly a beautiful person) offered us an aperitif with homemade products and wine. Then you have the sea 1 minute away, the mountain 40, other countries and villages nearby. In the evening you can eat in the restaurants in the area very well (meat and fish) at prices that in Milan you can't even buy bread. I can't wait to go back.
