La struttura è splendida, spaziosa e offre molta privacy. Può ospitare comodamente due persone ed è un'ottima scelta se siete alla fine del vostro viaggio e cercate un posto tranquillo dove rilassarvi. Il bagno era bello, con buone dotazioni e, cosa importante, acqua calda affidabile. Uno dei miei aspetti preferiti del soggiorno è stata la passeggiata verso i negozi locali e la stazione ferroviaria, che offre splendide vedute lungo il percorso. Il Gianicolo è inoltre nelle vicinanze e vale la pena visitarlo per le sue spettacolari vedute panoramiche su Roma. L'host è stato cordiale e disponibile, fornendo consigli utili sui migliori percorsi per muoversi. Per gli appassionati di cibo, Miami Gelato è a pochi passi ed è stato senza dubbio il miglior gelato che ho mangiato durante le mie tre settimane in Italia. Otaleg è anche nelle vicinanze ed è un ottimo posto per il caffè. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che necessitano miglioramento. Durante il mio soggiorno di tre notti la camera non è stata pulita nonostante abbia pagato una tariffa di pulizia di 50 AUD. Ho anche chiesto asciugamani puliti e mi è stato assicurato che sarebbero stati forniti la mattina successiva, ma purtroppo non sono mai arrivati. L'host mi ha contattato dopo il check-out per scusarsi per aver dimenticato di fornire gli asciugamani puliti, cosa che ho apprezzato. Tuttavia, questi compiti di base di pulizia dovrebbero far parte di una checklist giornaliera quando si gestisce un B&B. Per contesto, questa è stata la seconda struttura in cui ho soggiornato a Roma. La mia prima sistemazione non addebitava una tariffa di pulizia separata, eppure la camera veniva pulita quotidianamente e gli asciugamani puliti venivano forniti ogni giorno. Un altro aspetto da migliorare è la chiarezza delle informazioni sull'accessibilità. Prima di prenotare ho chiesto specificamente se la struttura avesse un ascensore, dato che viaggiavo con bagagli pesanti. Mi è stato detto che la struttura era al piano terra e che un ascensore non sarebbe stato necessario. Pur essendo tecnicamente al piano terra, ci sono dei gradini e ho avuto bisogno di aiuto per portare i bagagli dentro e fuori. Informazioni più accurate sui gradini mi avrebbero aiutato a pianificare meglio. Nel complesso la struttura è bella, riservata e ben posizionata per godere della zona locale e delle sue viste panoramiche. L'host è stato piacevole e il gelato e i caffè nelle vicinanze sono stati un punto forte. Con una pulizia più costante, una comunicazione migliore riguardo agli asciugamani puliti e informazioni più chiare sull'accesso alla struttura, l'esperienza complessiva degli ospiti potrebbe migliorare notevolmente.

I have read your review and I must say I was quite surprised. Let me explain why.
Giving a score of 4 for cleanliness is truly unfair, especially considering the reason you provided: the lack of daily housekeeping. Nowhere is daily cleaning advertised as part of our service. Furthermore, I would like to point out that B&Bs throughout Italy are not required by law to provide daily housekeeping.
Nevertheless, we ensure professional cleaning standards, and, as you will certainly have noticed, the bed linen was impeccable, as it is washed by professional laundry services.
This is precisely why a cleaning fee is charged. Moreover, the €30 fee was clearly stated in your booking confirmation and, contrary to what you claim, it is by no means unusual.
Furthermore, if you had any concerns, you could have raised them from the beginning rather than waiting until the end of your stay.
I showed my full availability and willingness to help, even when you requested additional towels which, objectively speaking, were not due after just two nights. I acknowledge that I overlooked your request, but you could simply have sent me a message, and I would have brought them to you.
As for the stairs, even guests in their eighties have managed them without any difficulty. Moreover, you were kindly assisted with your luggage, in keeping with the welcoming attitude we always strive to offer our guests.
You also failed to mention that I offered you a late check-out well beyond noon, even though the scheduled check-out time was 10 a. m.
I also appreciate your personal rating of 7, despite the fact that I was always available and attentive to your every need.
I sincerely hope that, as you continue your travels, you will find other accommodations offering the same standards and value for money at a comparable price.
