This hotel is a true gem, in a very nice and tranquil setting, yet very close to main highways and of course Venice. The rooms are superbly clean, they have an on-site restaurant, serving an excellent breakfast and really good seafood dishes for dinner. Parking on site is free and the bus to Venice stops right at the corner. One can buy bus tickets directly at the hotel. The host is very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel, looks clean, close to Venice, affordable price, the only thing is there are bad smells in the area due to a refinery that increase in the afternoon and at night.

The structure is very clean and well-kept. Abundant breakfast with a choice of savory and sweet. Close to Venice. Mr. Franco is very kind and helpful.

Sufficient structure for the price. Room with furniture that had broken parts. Convenient to reach from the road with ample parking. Excellent location near the bus stop to reach Venice.
