Wonderful mansarde room with beautiful terrace. Host couple exceptionally friendly and helpful. Perfect location to visit Vicenza. Hosts provided free parking in the street close to the premises.

This was a great B&B with great views of neighbouring houses from balcony. Location was great, 15 minute walk from train station, take via Roma. The room was comfortable and very clean. Host was excellent, breakfast was very good. Great find, would stay here again.

Very nice host, who served a great breakfast on the terrace every morning! :) There was a free parking ticket for a parking space right in front of the door. Carlo gave us great tips for good restaurants in the city as well as recommendations for sights and more. It won't be the last time we've been there!.

The room is very nice and well-kept, located in a beautiful house practically in the center of Vicenza. In a few steps you can reach all the most important destinations. A special mention goes to the manager, who, among other things, was able to suggest us unconventional and very beautiful destinations. Thank you.

Mr. Carlo is very friendly and accommodating, spontaneous and flexible. The house has a particular charm, breakfast on the terrace was a dream! Everything was clean and well maintained. The room was delightful, with a small balcony overlooking the garden and despite it being Saturday night, it was very quiet. The property is very close to the historic center and there was parking available; moreover, the owner gave us the opportunity to stay for free and was very kind in providing us with information on the main attractions of the city (beautiful) and the best restaurants. I hope to return.

We stayed in a small room with a beautiful little terrace among the rooftops, a truly romantic place. The room is carefully furnished, makes you feel at home, surrounded by lived-in things that convey a passion for art and respect for time. The manager is very kind, welcoming, and full of attentions. The location is TOP to walk to the city center in a few minutes, but at the same time, you are far from the city's noises. Beautiful to enjoy a last beer on the terrace under the stars!

We had a great time, the room was nice, clean and comfortable and the structure really charming, located in the center of Vicenza just a few steps from the city's main monuments. A special mention for Carlo, the manager of the property, who turned out to be a perfect host, kind and helpful. The breakfast was also very much appreciated.

Excellent and pleasant stay in a structure a stone's throw from the center in a quiet area. The attic room is cozy, clean, and well-cared for in every detail. The manager Carlo is available for what to visit in Vicenza and for any kind of advice. If we happen to be in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Everything perfect! Very convenient location: close to the city center and the train station. Clean, welcoming. Having had to work a few hours, I can say that the Wi-Fi connection was also excellent. Pleasant breakfast in the owners' kitchen. Mr. Carlo and his wife are very courteous and helpful.

This is a very charming B&B, with a very attentive and helpful host. Very attractive location and very charming decor, 5 minutes from the city center and the train station. It is always a pleasure to stay at the B&B Vicenza San Rocco: the pleasantness of the music that you breathe in this house, as well as that of the gardens inside Contrà San Rocco, along with the singing of many birds that brighten up this fortunately silent area. The scent of coffee that rises on the stairs in the morning is a more than welcome invitation to reach the cozy kitchen where the very kind Mr. Carlo welcomes us. I will come back!

Excellent property 10 minutes from the center. Comfortable and very clean. The upper room has a private bathroom and a lovely little terrace. The owner is courteous, friendly, and very helpful. La signora Margherita e il signor Carlo sono due persone davvero eccezionali, di ottimo gusto e notevole spessore culturale. L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile, di una gentilezza sincera e unica. Il B&B è un antico palazzo curatissimo e arredato con gusto. La camera doppia che abbiamo prenotata era spaziosa e accogliente e il bagno a noi riservato, molto comodo pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. La colazione della mattina davvero abbondante. Lo consigliamo vivamente, ci siamo trovati come a casa e il prezzo è giusto.
