This was a great B&B with great views of neighboring houses from the balcony. Location was great, a 15-minute walk from the train station, take via Roma. The room was comfortable and very clean. The host was excellent, breakfast was very good. Great find, would stay here again.

Very nice host, who served a great breakfast on the terrace every morning! :) There was a free parking ticket for a parking space right in front of the door. Carlo gave us great tips for good restaurants in the city as well as recommendations for sights and more. It won't be the last time we've been there!.

Family-run establishment, here's the positive thing: you feel like you are with family. Carlo is a manager attentive to people. The breakfast is abundant and well served on a terrace that puts you at peace with the world. The room is functional, nothing is missing, maybe the mattresses are a bit hard, but overall it is an excellent establishment. Compliments.

Really convenient location for the station and the center (15 minutes on foot), managed with great kindness and passion by the owner Mr. Carlo. Spacious room, very welcoming and tastefully furnished, equipped with a balcony with a table, large and clean bathroom. Sweet breakfast with seasonal fruit. Price appropriate for the quality of the structure and absolutely convenient (however, I stayed during the low season).

A true and genuine B&B; warm welcome and homely atmosphere. Carlo and Margherita are lovely people. It is a pleasure to have breakfast with them, perhaps talking about music and musical instruments (fantastic is Margherita's music room). Highly recommended.

The B&B is located near the historic center of the city, close to the Walls. The accommodation is a typical Venetian house in a very quiet location. In the morning you wake up to the sound of birds singing. The structure is tastefully furnished. We find antique furniture that is paired with contemporary design objects. The impeccably clean room is in the attic with a small terrace on the roof. The bathroom is very spacious, equipped with a walk-in shower. The owner Carlo is an exquisite, kind, and very friendly person, ready to give you useful advice about places to visit and point out the trattorias with typical cuisine to try. For us, it was a wonderful weekend in every sense, and in this B&B, you feel at home as if you were with family.

Beautiful and comfortable structure close to the center. The attic room is a jewel, with a stunning rooftop terrace. The bathroom is spacious with a huge shower. The owner, Carlo, is a nice and friendly person, always ready to give you advice on places to visit. Fantastic experience.

Mr. Carlo is very friendly and accommodating, spontaneous and flexible. The house has a particular charm, breakfast on the terrace was a dream! Everything was clean and well maintained. The room was delightful, with a small balcony overlooking the garden and despite it being Saturday night, it was very quiet. The property is very close to the historic center and there was parking available; moreover, the owner gave us the opportunity to stay for free and was very kind in providing us with information on the main attractions of the city (beautiful) and the best restaurants. I hope to return.

We stayed in a small room with a beautiful little terrace among the rooftops, a truly romantic place. The room is carefully furnished, makes you feel at home, surrounded by lived-in things that convey a passion for art and respect for time. The manager is very kind, welcoming, and full of attentions. The location is TOP to walk to the city center in a few minutes, but at the same time, you are far from the city's noises. Beautiful to enjoy a last beer on the terrace under the stars!

Excellent and pleasant stay in a structure a stone's throw from the center in a quiet area. The attic room is cozy, clean, and well-cared for in every detail. It is always a pleasure to stay at the B&B Vicenza San Rocco: the pleasantness of the music that you breathe in this house, as well as that of the gardens inside Contrà San Rocco, along with the singing of many birds that brighten up this fortunately silent area. The scent of coffee that rises on the stairs in the morning is a more than welcome invitation to reach the cozy kitchen where the very kind Mr. Carlo welcomes us. I will come back!
