We were delighted with the treatment of the owner. Very concerned that we were as comfortable as possible. She kindly informed us about everything we could see in Florence. Very nice, spacious and clean room. Very good breakfast. I recommend it. If we return to Florence, we will definitely repeat. The owner, as I said, charming and very attentive.

Excellent welcome, the managers and staff are very helpful. We had informed them that in the morning we had to leave before the scheduled breakfast time and that we couldn't have it, but they told us that there was no problem and that they would bring it to our room before the staff left in the evening, a tray full of many delicious things, nothing was missing! You were really special to us. Congratulations and see you next time.

It was a pleasant stay. Recommended to all people who want to visit Florence, it is very close to the train station and tram line. Staff available for anything.

Nothing to complain about, everything perfect. Cleanliness, rooms and facilities, information, reception and kindness and a cherry on top breakfast... address to remember, even if a bit out of the center you can easily reach it by public transport (we always walked) but above all to recommend.
