Great central location, just steps from the sea. Comfortable rooms, clean and spacious bathrooms. Possibility to make coffee or tea and water available in the fridge (shared kitchen). The only downside is that you don't have the option to leave your luggage before check-in, and if you arrive by train, it's a difficulty (we were taken to the beach). We also had some trouble at check-in because no one answered the intercom, I recommend going into the building and ringing the doorbell directly.

When we arrived, we were greeted very courteously. The room was spacious and spotless, as was the bathroom, which was simple but functional. The structure is in a perfect location as it is just a few steps from the Budello and the center. What can I say... Highly recommended... If we return...

A confirmation, I had already been a guest. Very kind in giving me immediate availability of the room. This time I got the only one with an external bathroom, but I was able to use a triple room with an excellent terrace. Cleanliness rating 10. Availability rating 10. Location rating 11. Ho alloggiato in una camera singola. Pur essendo piccola e arredata in modo essenziale, non le manca nulla di ciò che serve per stare comodi. Letto singolo comodissimo, bagno privato, un balconcino con sdraio, sedia e piccolo tavolino. Nessun panorama, perché non siamo in zona, ma comunque carino. Formalità di entrata e uscita molto semplici e assoluta cordialità dei proprietari. Nella zona comune c’è tutto il necessario per una colazione essenziale o uno spuntino serale. Vicina alla stazione, al mare e al centro del paese. Prezzo onesto per essere in estate. Altamente consigliabile per un breve soggiorno.

The structure and the host are very welcoming. Even if not included in the reservation, Mrs. provides fresh water, coffee, tea. Also in the morning you have biscuits, rusks with jam and Nutella available for breakfast.

Mrs. Paola very kind, to go back for her availability and kindness. Unfortunately very noisy but it was predictable given the central location near Aurelia, which on the other hand is convenient as strategic for movements. But the kindness of Paola and the really accurate cleanliness of the room made us appreciate the stay.

Very kind and helpful host. Extremely clean room and close to the beaches. They don't serve a proper breakfast, but there is coffee, water, yogurt, and jams available for the guests, and there is an excellent bakery below the b&b. Highly recommended structure.

A confirmation. I had been a guest at the Simotta property in the past and I am still satisfied. Great location. Clean room with balcony. Bathroom equally clean equipped with hairdryer, all towels and shower mat. If needed again, I will not hesitate in choosing it. Recommend.

Hard to find better! The location is excellent, in a few minutes you are in the city center and on the beach. Paola is very discreet, respecting privacy a lot, but at the same time she is always available for any need, always kind and friendly. The room and the bathroom are equipped with everything you need. They are very clean, with a very comfortable mattress. The room is cool and relaxing thanks to the air conditioner. The noise of cars or the train didn't bother me, inevitable being in the center. But if not, just close the window and you won't hear anything anymore. I had a really great time, highly recommended!

The price is obviously in line with the season. Central location, unfortunately, for those not accustomed to traffic, it is located on a busy street with a railway a few meters away. This remains the only downside of this beautiful accommodation. Kind and helpful managers.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness is perfect, the location is a few steps from the sea and the center. We appreciated the kettle and the jams, honey, etc. present in the room to have breakfast by getting something to eat at the bakery downstairs. I stayed in this property for only two days. The rooms and the bathroom are clean. Breakfast is not provided, but in the room, a basket with cookies, rusks, jams, and a kettle is left. It is located in the center, very convenient. Only two drawbacks: it is located on a very busy street; in the evening, due to the small fast food restaurant below, if you leave the windows open, the smell in the room is a bit annoying, but it closes early enough so the discomfort lasts only a few hours.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom is external but for exclusive use. There is also a small balcony with sun loungers and a table for breakfast outdoors. Breakfast was served in the room, the day before we indicated the time and our preferences with a wide choice. At the entrance, there is a coffee machine available for guests and in the room a kettle. Convenient location, a few steps from the center and the seafront. The only downside is the noise: the room is on the first floor above a sandwich shop. The place should (in theory) close at 10 pm but it is probably a meeting place for several young people who talked loudly until late. Furthermore, the B&B is close to the Aurelia.

I would say excellent stay, the owner lovely and welcoming, the structure perfect in cleanliness and 100% hygiene and cozy furnishings, perfect area just a short walk from the sea, great parking area, abundant breakfast, I would say quality/price 10 not easy to find, only downside few rooms and I'm afraid I won't find a place for my next stay in Loano.

Upon arrival at the B&B Simotta, we were greeted by Paola, the owner, a very sociable person who immediately made herself very available both in presenting the structure to us and in giving us all the information to make the most of our weekend. The room was very clean and welcoming, with a very particular decor curated by Paola. The next morning at our awakening, she pampered us with a great breakfast and a chat that never hurts.

I give the manager a perfect 10 because I cannot give more. We stayed, my wife, daughter, and I for a weekend, what can I say, really a nice place, clean, well-kept, comfortable, and just a stone's throw from the center and the sea. This is the first time we have stayed in a B&B and we had a great time with Mrs. Paola, an abundant breakfast every day, plenty of choices, croissants, focaccia, yogurt, juices, etc. Mrs. Paola is very sociable and friendly, I would return immediately, then all the amenities just a few steps from the center and we had autonomous access.

We were for the first time at Simotta in this Bed and Breakfast and we must say we made an excellent choice. Mrs. Paola and her daughter Carlotta were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful (especially the delicious pastries, different every day, prepared by Paola). The "Simone" room always clean and tastefully furnished. Definitely worth a return visit.

Piazza Valerga is the square of the weekly market in Loano, therefore very central and just a few steps from the train station. Within walking distance there are bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room was cool and welcoming, with a very clean bathroom and a small terrace in the kitchen where in the morning I had a magnificent coffee before starting a heavy day (three days of travel around Europe). I stayed for only one night, but considering the follow-up, it was the best. I would return even for a longer period.

I had the pleasure of staying at this establishment for a single weekend with a friend of mine. Paola, the owner, is a very welcoming, friendly, and helpful person. The establishment is very clean and welcoming, and the breakfast is truly abundant and caters to all tastes. The only note is that the room facing the street is a bit noisy in the summer, but it is greatly compensated by the hospitality.

The only downside is the location: although it is central and well-served, to reach the seafront you are obliged to cross the railway and the Aurelia, which is very common to many other B&Bs located in Liguria. The owner is very courteous. I feel like recommending this structure both to families and to young people.
