I've been there twice in a month, I'll be back in 15 days. I can't help but praise the owner Ada, a splendid and very helpful woman. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything, from appliances to household linen, autonomous heating, TV in both the living room and the bedroom, washing machine, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher... in short, nothing is missing. The area is covered by every service, Monte Mario station is in front of the apartment on the opposite side of the street, buses pass by, there are several markets, the Post Office, the bank, bars, pastry shops, hot tables, pizzerias, tobacconists, self-service laundries, pharmacy, clothing shops, in short, everything you need is within easy reach. If you happen to go to Rome, book here and you'll be on the safe side. Ada thank you for everything, see you very soon.

Nice and clean place. The added value is given by the owners. When a problem arose, they had already solved it. If we come back to Rome, I already know who to knock on.

The apartment is very clean and functional even for five people. With a new fridge and a slightly improved shower, it would deserve to be paid a little more. Exceptional location for public transport (train/metro convenient at 200 meters) that take you to San Pietro or other places in the heart of Rome in 15 minutes, including all railway stations and metro. Also well served by the GRA, as well as by the Enjoy parking right under the house. The kind owner, her husband, and the apartment really make you feel at home. Congratulations Ada!

Of all the places I have rented, without a doubt, this has been the best. It was a real reception, very kind and helpful. The apartment is close to many shops like Carrefour and various banks, then there was a bus and a train nearby that take you anywhere in the city. Thank you very much from my whole family.
