Two-room apartment brand new, renovated with taste and attention to every detail. Located on the ground floor, with convenient access from the street (which is calm despite being adjacent to the busy Viale Etiopia), it has everything you need, including a kitchenette and two TV setups (living room and bedroom). Brand-new and efficient bathroom, with a very large shower. Dual air conditioning, although it is hardly necessary (the apartment in mid-June is far too cool). Daniele, the host, is a capable, polite young man with good manners: always available for any need. For us, who from time to time stop over in Rome for family reasons, it is and will be a must.

We stayed in this apartment and felt great. The apartment is really cozy, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. Nothing was missing: a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed and spacious rooms. The location is perfect, convenient both for sightseeing and for reaching shops, restaurants and public transport. The property is located in a quiet area and the Libia stop on metro line B is reachable within a 5-minute walk. A special thanks to Daniele, kind and helpful. We felt at home from the first moment. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back.

We stayed for a week in this apartment as four people and we had a great experience. It lacks nothing in comfort, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is perfect and functional, and with two teenagers being able to use two bathrooms was the highlight of the house. It is well located; nearby you can find everything: bars, greengrocers, bakeries, fishmongers, a supermarket and much more. The owner Daniele is a nice young man, very kind and always available. We can only say thank you for hosting us in this home.

The apartment is brand new and the cleaning is excellent. Five minutes on foot from the 'Libia' stop on metro line B, which takes you directly to the center. In the surrounding area there are several bars, venues and shops. Daniele is a very attentive and responsive host. It is impossible to visit Rome in one go, so... why not come back?

I stayed in Rome for eight days at this property and it was nothing short of wonderful. Strategic location, clean and welcoming environment, cared for down to the smallest details. The owner Daniele is a very sweet and extremely kind young man; you can ask him anything, he is always available. What can I say: if you want to go to Rome and don't know where to stay, I highly recommend it. I hope to return, but this time for leisure and not because of health problems.
