The host at the accommodation is wonderful. Rooms for three and four people were good. In rooms for two people, the bathroom is small; it needs a better solution.

We liked the hotel very much. The breakfast was really tasty. The staff was very welcoming and nice to people. We appreciate the staff. The rooms were clean and they had enough space. The WIFI worked good. The hotel was worth the money and we would recommend this hotel to people going to Rimini.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, very helpful and attentive to their guests. The place is very clean and well located. It is close to the beaches and surrounded by shops and restaurants. In May, the place is very quiet and I was able to rest well. The breakfast is incredible, with a wide variety of choices. I really enjoyed it. I greatly appreciated the parking space I had reserved in advance. Excellent value for money. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

All in all, it was fine. The house was a bit noisy and the location would have been better closer to the center, but the breakfast was good and the hosts/staff were very nice and helpful. That means a lot to me. Thank you very much.

Host always available and courteous (in my case they brought the breakfast time forward). Hotel easily reachable, just a short walk from the sea, on a street well supplied with shops, including a small supermarket. Several partnerships with local establishments.

Strategic location, not in Rimini's city hustle because it is in a slightly quieter area, but still full of restaurants and little shops, as well as arcades for the little ones, and close to a pedestrian street for evening walks. The sea is a few steps away: just a five-minute walk to reach the beach. Rimini's historic center is a few kilometers away and ten minutes by car. Buffet breakfast with croissants, cakes and much more such as yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, fruit and vegetables. Recommended even if the furniture and style are a bit classic; the very important thing is that everything is spotless. I would say the quality-price ratio is excellent. Lorenzo and Erman know how to manage this property very well. Greetings from the football team from Turin: we will come back to visit if we return for the Rimini Cup.

100 m from the sea, from bus stop no. 11 Rimini/Riccione and 400 m from the train station and the parallel Metromare. Every type of business within 200 m. Lorenzo, a very nice, helpful, and friendly person, makes the stay pleasantly family-like. Highly recommended.

In a very close area to the sea and the center of Rivazzurra, a somewhat dated hotel in the rooms and the bathroom, but overall good and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and appreciated the location of the property very much. The owner and staff were really kind. Especially Massimo, who turned breakfast time into a real treat. Excellent value for money. Very close to the Fiabilandia Park and all the main services in the area. We will return.

Good morning. I stayed at this property from June 3 to 6, 2025, with my mom, my sister, my cousin, and a friend. The manager, Mr. Lorenzo, is a kind and helpful person like few others. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is impeccable, you could eat off the floor. Not even at home is it this clean. The sweet and savory breakfast is excellent, with a lot of delicious cakes and pastries, drinks, water, and hot beverages. I travel with two disabled individuals and the consequent difficulties, but Mr. Lorenzo and his staff are amazing. Highly recommended.
