Beautiful place in great location. Friendly service and very clean. But I was very unhappy about the "breakfast" option. It consist of 1 (!) sweet croissant plus coffee/tea. Maybe this is the authentic local breakfast, I don’t know. But I found this too little, very unhealthy and funny to call this "breakfast".

Non-existent owner. No welcome. Charges cash, apparently quite common in Naples. Breakfast is supposedly self-service, you can barely make a coffee with the poorly maintained Italian machine, a yogurt in the fridge awaits you along with low-quality juice that has already been opened. No pleasure! Room with a correct bed but the shower cleanliness needs to be reviewed, very small and with a dirty shower curtain. Beware of mushrooms.

It would be nice if the apartment was not in the attic with only a skylight that remains closed in case of rain and does not allow ventilation or an outside view.

We stayed in this charming bed & breakfast, very well located in Naples. The owner and the room staff were very friendly. Our breakfast was served in the common kitchenette and consisted of Italian specialties. Several different Italian coffee machines were also available to choose the style of Italian coffee we wanted. Everything was available to cook for ourselves in the kitchen if we wanted to.

Beautiful apartment. Perfect location just a few blocks from the metro and the most famous pizzeria in Naples. The breakfast offered is plentiful and varied. Incredible attention. I recommend it completely.

The structure is very convenient for visiting the center and various tourist attractions, both on foot and by public transport. Careful cleaning and kindness from all the staff, well organized for welcoming guests.

Structure a short walk from the center of Naples, it takes 4 minutes on foot to reach Spaccanapoli and the Duomo metro station. It has a restaurant attached to the entrance, 100 meters further on there are two pizzerias and a Conad.\nOnly flaw: we never saw the owner, but only his employees who didn't know much Italian, but they were always very kind.\nVery comfortable bed, pillows a bit too hard.\nI still recommend the structure if you want to admire Naples.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and we had a very good time. The room is located on the fourth floor of a historic building, equipped with an elevator, 5 minutes walk from Spacca Napoli. Rooms and common areas are very clean and well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Essential room, very clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the square. Every morning, despite breakfast not being included, each guest was given delicious warm pastries. There was also the possibility to make coffee or have a fruit juice. Definitely recommended.

We stayed 4 days in this Bed and Breakfast in the center of Naples. Great location, to visit the center, close to the Duomo metro. We chose the attic mini apartment (good for 2-3 people) with a kitchenette to prepare something quick at home: great when you have children. Nearby there is also a small supermarket. The breakfast certainly needs improvement: packaged croissants, some yogurt... all of average/poor quality. Recommended.

The rooms are the same as the photos shown. Everything went very well! We were welcomed with a basket of typical pastries! We loved our stay! We will recommend it.
