B&B Trabocchi

A RESTLESS GROOM AND HIS BIKE. I stayed at B&B Trabocchi for a few days when I was very busy with family matters in the surrounding areas (a groom-to-be in 2 days and still arranging celebrations!) and trying to find some rest in one of the most beautiful coastlines in Italy (Costa dei Trabocchi, a step away from B&B Promontorio Dannunziano and its amazing coastline). The B&B is quite big with ample parking; it is a hundred meters from the coastline (SS16), between two of the main marinas in this area (Marina di San Vito and Marina di Fossacesia, but also on a road directly connected to the A14 highway. The place is quiet, the furniture and my bathroom were new and respectable. I would like to thank Anna and Antonio very much, the kindest B&B managers ever and a close-knit couple; they have always been willing not only to make my stay very pleasant (and to delight my palate with truly a-m-a-z-i-n-g home-made breakfasts, yum!), but also to serve me by understanding the reasons for my stay, my needs, eventually my passions and interests and trying to see if they could help in some way with polite discretion and a welcoming attitude. I also recommend B&B Trabocchi to bikers; the indoor parking is quiet and well guarded, and Antonio is a true bike enthusiast expert in the area, with remarkable manual skills and able to help in locating the service points around. A pleasure and a must to stay.

Anna and Antonello were excellent hosts. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had a sea view. Anna was very kind and lent us a chair to go to the beach. We recommend it one hundred percent. Excellent quality-price ratio.

The property is in an excellent location with on-site parking.The room was cozy and clean.The owners were very kind to both us and our dog.

We stayed for only one night but we had a great time, welcomed at our time (which was a bit late) with courtesy and kindness, the same we later found at breakfast on the terrace. The property is large and spotlessly clean, surrounded by greenery and facing the sea, the room is comfortable and bright. Absolutely recommended for short or long stays.

Very kind and helpful owners. Convenient for parking inside the property, quiet and scenic. It's worth it. Great location to reach other wonderful places.

It is an excellent choice for spending a vacation immersed in nature. It is beautiful to see the sunrise from the Promontorio Dannunziano or from the terrace of the room. Anna and Antonio make you feel like family and Antonello prepares delicious breakfasts and is always ready to recommend interesting places, itineraries, and curiosities. We also recommend it for nice walks on the Green Way of the Trabocchi coast.

In my opinion, this B&B is saved by the kindness and availability of the managers, as the structure really needs a lot of maintenance, starting from the bathrooms. I would not recommend it to friends.

The structure is immersed in greenery and well maintained. I met the owners, very kind and helpful people. I will definitely return.

Welcomed with extreme friendliness and kindness. The property is in a strategic location: close to the S.S.16 from where all nearby locations can be easily reached, and at the same time, it is possible to reach the nearest coves on foot.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. Quiet place with private parking surrounded by greenery just a short walk from the wonderful cycle path of the Trabocchi. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent breakfast, maybe something savory is missing for those who don't like sweet. But for me, warm brioche and homemade cakes are the best. Owners always present, kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

Family-friendly and welcoming environment. Spacious and pleasant accommodation. Our room, spacious and clean, had a spectacular view of the sea. Anna and Antonio with their children, particularly Antonello, made the stay really enjoyable. The property is very close to the D'Annunzio promontory and the bike and pedestrian path that we used several times with our bicycles. The wonderful surrounding places further enriched the vacation (Lanciano, Ortona, Rocca San Giovanni, Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere, Punta Aderci Reserve and the many beaches and coves with both pebbles and sand). 7 days to remember pleasantly and to be found in the future.

Agritourism immersed in the countryside but close to the sea. Beautiful structure, our room was new and the cleanliness was excellent. Wonderful fixtures and high-quality mosquito nets. Mattresses and pillows could be improved. Good breakfast but with several packaged products. Very kind owners who are ready to help if needed. Overall, I recommend the structure.

The room is not very big but cozy and equipped with every comfort, including the very functional bathroom with a shower cubicle even with hydromassage and radio! But the added value is given by the hospitality of the hosts who immediately made an effort to meet every need. If we were to return to the area, we would definitely know where to stay!

I stayed for a week in this structure and I had a great time. Quiet, new, very clean, with a magnificent view. Abundant and super tasty breakfast with fresh croissants from the pastry shop! The owners are kind, attentive, accommodating, and discreet.

For those who want to have a holiday by bicycle, given the beautiful cycle-path, the position of the structure is absolutely unsuitable because the access road to the cycle path is very steep and you have to walk it pushing the bicycle. Furthermore, the breakfast is scarce, there is nothing savory and it is very hot on the terrace. That said, the rooms are very welcoming and the hosts are very kind.

We had a great time. The kindness, cordiality, and availability of the managers were truly beautiful. It is a place we would consider returning to and recommend. Thank you from the heart.

We spent our vacation week at this B&B Trabocchi and left a piece of our hearts there. The attention of the hosts to every request, the discretion and friendliness, made us feel comfortable right away. The added value was the cleanliness in the room with constant change of linens, the shower cabin and attention to details even at breakfast, personalized every day with a pastry package in addition to a good assortment of packaged products. The structure is strategically positioned to reach the sea and explore the inland, nestled in a green hill a short distance from the coast. Thanks to Anna and, in particular, Antonello for their grace and tourist advice given during the stay. We will definitely meet again as soon as possible!

We spent three nights at B&B Trabocchi. We needed to relax and that's exactly what happened. Mrs. Anna, her husband, and their son are extremely kind people ready to satisfy our every desire. From the balcony of our room, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the sea and a pleasant breeze. The breakfast served on the terrace was relaxing. In two minutes by car, we reached the Promontorio Dannunziano and with a 10-minute walk downhill, we arrived at a cove overlooking the Turchino trabocco, practically all to ourselves. The charming village of San Vito Chietino is a 10-minute drive away and Ortona is 20 minutes away. Don't miss the Canadian War Cemetery. Highly recommended!

A pleasant and wonderful stop, structure a few minutes from the center very cozy and well-kept. Very kind and welcoming owners. Fantastic breakfast.

Lovely B&B surrounded by greenery with sea view. The extremely clean rooms are spacious and meticulously furnished, the very kind and helpful managers make this property a highly recommended place.

An exceptional welcome. Extremely clean structure, spectacular sea view, rare availability and courtesy. The house is immersed in greenery, very quiet, slightly higher than sea level, which is why you can enjoy a spectacular view. Not being very close to the train station, the managers offer to reach or accompany guests to the station. If I happen to be in those areas again, I would definitely go back to them.

Traveling on the Adriatic coast, my husband and I stayed for one night at this B&B. The king room we had booked has a lovely sea view, which can be admired both from the interior and from the front balcony. The modern room with minimal style included a bathroom with a hydromassage shower cabin. The breakfast is varied, with fresh croissants from the pastry shop. Mrs. Anna was very kind and welcoming. It's definitely a place I would return to and recommend. Until next time 😊.

Great B&B, comfortable and very clean, brand new annex, friendly owners, very convenient for the Trabocchi and very close to the cycle path, 5 mm away from the beautiful Ortona. Highly recommended.

Beautiful experience from every point of view: courtesy, cleanliness, comfort, kindness, and hospitality. B&B Trabocchi in an excellent location, easy to use the cycle path and visit the trabocchi coves. Close to the beautiful beaches of Turchino and Valle Grotte, a stone's throw from La Marina di San Vito, Rocca San Giovanni, and Fossacesia. The most beautiful places in the area! The "Sole" room is excellent, with a walk-in closet, equipped with every comfort, new bathroom, and cleaned daily. And the breakfasts... out of this world croissants! I definitely recommend the experience because the owners are very hospitable and kind, available for requests and to provide necessary directions on how to get around.

Well-kept property, great base for excursions, free or private beaches reachable in a few minutes on foot. \nDavide, the owner, is a very kind and helpful person for any information or request.

Spacious, clean, comfortable room.\nBreakfast not very varied, it would be nice to have a more homely buffet, even just with fresh bread. Fantastic croissants!

B&B Trabocchi is located in a strategic position to reach the Trabocchi coast and the nearby beaches in a few kilometers. It is close to the main road but quiet and above all clean. The owner, Mrs. Anna, and her son Antonello are very kind and helpful. Breakfast could be improved, especially when it's very hot, maybe by adding some fresh fruit.

Stayed 5 nights in July 2023, all ok: very clean room, great sea view, excellent breakfast. Mrs. Anna extremely helpful, what can I say: you practically feel at home. Congratulations.

Tranquillo. The managers are extremely courteous, very attentive. The cleanliness is top-notch. The breakfast is excellent. The sea can be reached on foot with a walk of about ten minutes. There are many beautiful places nearby.

Good location, clean and super kind and friendly hosts! We had a great time despite the heat... the air-conditioned room with a large fan is very spacious with a small outdoor area at the entrance and a veranda at the back! Really good! Great place the Trabocchi coast!

Unfortunately, we stayed one night out of the seven booked at B&B Trabocchi as the annex room was filled with ants on the first evening, and after a lucky night, we were invited to find another accommodation more suitable for us. The breakfast is minimal, and the WIFI doesn't work. The garden is under renovation. In short, it does not meet the indicated standards, and there is no concrete support to find an alternative.

We stayed in one of the external accommodations with a patio, cozy and clean, the owner Anna very kind, a short distance from the cycle path with the trabocchi. Excellent value for money.

Absolutely to be recommended. Special breakfast with a tray of pastries with exceptional brioches. Never found a similar service.

Very clean room and comfortable bed.

700 meters from the sea, sea view, it feels like being in the countryside and yet you are by the sea. Super clean environment, in 16 days I haven't seen a fly or a mosquito, yet the structure is surrounded by greenery. Abundant and valuable breakfast, available and discreet managers. We will definitely come back.

We had a great time at the B&B Trabocchi run by the family of Mrs. Anna, very kind and with delicious breakfasts, even our furry friend had a great time. Excellent value for money, the location is ideal to reach all the beaches of the Trabocchi coast and in about 5 minutes by car you are in the center of the village, while still enjoying the absolute tranquility of the promontory. Well done!

A week like royalty, pampered by the hosts, discreet but present, in a truly pleasant structure and with an excellent location: in a few minutes we were at the sea, or in the nearby Marina di San Vito Chietino. With an hour's drive, dream destinations. The structure is practically on the Trabocchi coast, immersed in greenery and silence. Cheerful, spacious and bright room, private bathroom, excellent daily cleaning. Breakfast is a real must, with everything you could want, plus the fabulous croissants from a local pastry shop, a different taste every day! Excellent hospitality and cleanliness, quiet and optimal location to travel the trabocchi route, plenty of space, super breakfast with mega fresh croissants from the pastry shop, thanks to Anna and family.

My partner and I stumbled upon the B&B Trabocchi run by Mrs. Anna by chance, but I must say it was an absolutely positive experience! The owner welcomed us with great sympathy and immediately showed us the very spacious and comfortable room with a nice bathroom with a window and a large and modern shower that we greatly appreciated. Also, the patio with a table and chairs directly on the garden, from which we could see a corner of the sea, was very pleasant. Excellent location to visit the Trabocchi coast. What we particularly enjoyed in the morning was the attention to the breakfast served in a kitchen all to ourselves, where we even found a little package with excellent fresh pastries. In short, a place to recommend.

Located in a great location to visit the trabocchi coast and Vasto. We were greeted by Anna with a beautiful smile who showed us to our room. Everything is new, spacious rooms, a beautiful veranda, and a super shower. It was always nice to wake up and find on the veranda that abundant breakfast thoughtfully prepared. Our puppy was welcomed with so much love and we would like to thank Anna's son who, with his kindness and attention to the smallest details, pampered us and made our stay even more beautiful.

The structure is well positioned, very close to the D'Annunzio promontory and not far from the seaside cycle path (not yet completed, but there is a stretch of cycle path up to San Vito). The managers are very nice and helpful. Great for families.

Excellent value for money, the property is quite close to the sea and San Vito Marina, the managers are very kind, attentive, helpful and discreet, we spent eight days with them and it was a real pleasure.

Beautiful accommodation offered to us; a welcoming and clean structure set in the greenery among roses and cherry trees, in the room and kitchen there was absolutely nothing missing. Bathroom with brand new shower attached to the room. The cake and sweets offered by Mrs. Anna were delicious (thank you very much!). We discovered beautiful places rich in history nearby. And patience for the weather; we will come back, with pleasure. Paolo and Susanna.

Everything perfect. Only two things to improve: the breakfast time should be moved up by an hour and the bathroom, although exclusive, is not in the room.

Good B&B. Very kind and helpful managers. Ideal location to discover the Trabocchi coast. Private parking inside the structure. From the B&B, you can reach a small cove (right under the Promontorio Dannunziano) on foot in 15 minutes without any problems. It was a pleasant and peaceful stay.

I stayed three nights with my husband at this B&B and I had a great time. I appreciated the availability and kindness of Mrs. Anna. The structure is close to the sea and offers the opportunity to visit nearby locations and the coves in San Vito Chietino in reasonable time.

The structure is not directly by the sea, but the beach is quite close. It offers a beautiful panorama. Located on the outskirts of the town, there is a lot of greenery around and it's very quiet. Excellent and abundant breakfast, with typical local pastries. The family that hosted us was very kind and helpful. All positive, worth returning.

Our 14-day apartment stay, excluding breakfast, was positive as the Ponente apartment residence is spacious, very clean and tastefully furnished, moreover the structure is located in a quiet area surrounded by olive trees just a stone's throw from the center. The managers are very reserved, kind and helpful. Excellent stay.
