What's on the menu: The service offers a balanced combination of sweet and savory options, showcasing the typical products of Abruzzo: -Homemade desserts: Every morning, artisanal cakes, ring cakes, tarts, and traditional Abruzzo boconotti or cellucci are served. -Fresh pancakes: Freshly prepared and served hot, with your choice of toppings. -Savory options: Platters of local cured meats (such as the traditional ventricina), local cheeses, and eggs. -Baked goods: Warm croissants, fresh bread to toast, rusks, butter, honey, and jams. -Espresso coffee: Italian coffee, cappuccino, fresh milk, a wide selection of teas, and fruit juices. Where and how it's served - Outdoors: During the warmer months, breakfast is served on the porch or in the flower garden, overlooking the hills and vineyards. - In-room: Upon request, breakfast can be served directly in your room or on your private patio for maximum privacy. - Attention to intolerances: The management is very attentive to dietary requirements; with advance notice, products for celiacs and lactose intolerants are available.
