ALTHOUGH THE COVID EMERGENCY IS PARTIALLY ENDED, WE PREFER NOT TO SERVE THE BRAKFAST IN OUR COMMON BREAKFAST ROOM. TO ALLOW OUR CUSTOMERS TO BE ABLE TO HAVE BREAKFAST INSIDE THE B&B, we have equipped each room with its own Breakfast Station consisting of an electric coffee maker with everything needed for Guests to prepare breakfast, with coffee and milk, biscuits, rusks and single-serving jams and also a kettle with everything needed to prepare hot milk, tea and herbal teas. Sealed bottles of water, white and brown sugar, teaspoons and disposable glasses complete the breakfast station.

Breakfast food was great and tea and coffee. But if you don't eat cookies and bread, you need to think about cafes around and shops to get something you eat for breakfast.

The room and location suited my purposes perfectly. I was traveling by myself and it was located near my family. I was really happy to have a private bathroom. Milan is very expensive, so I was glad to have found this place. The hosts were very warm and friendly. They also helped me a great deal by carrying my luggage up the stairs because I had a cast and crutches. The room was exceptionally clean.

Fantastic stay! Provided free water and snacks which were much appreciated. Very close to the canal and restaurants! Antonella and her husband were very kind and offered recommendations that were amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely room with convenient private bathroom. Super close to the canal and a multitude of restaurants and bars. The room itself is stylish and comfortable. We slept like babies. Antonella has been a great host, welcoming and made sure we had everything we need and found the property easily. 10/10 would highly recommend for a stay in Milano and come back again.

Antonella and Fabrizio are very nice hosts, very kind and helpful. Thanks for all the support! All was fine, water for free, a fridge available. The bedroom/bath was very nice and a wonderful Italian market is available on Saturday directly nearby. Lovely!

It was a very nice and clean place to stay, as the location is a stratigally one near the metro and well served by the tram, also near to Bocconi university. I will highly recomended it as the owners were friendly and really helpful in every question and problem i had.

Séjour très agréable chez Antonella qui nous a donné de nombreuses informations sur les lieux à visiter tant à Milan que dans les alentours. Chambre très agréable et confortable, bouilloire dans la chambre pour préparer une tasse de thé accompagnée de délicieux petits gâteux. Petits déjeuners délicieux avec des produits artisanaux, servis avec amabilité. Nous recommandons sans hésiter B&B de charme dans lequel nous avons été choyés par Antonella.

A comfortable and pleasant stay, the property is impeccable, cared for down to the last detail. The room is spacious, clean and very nice. It is very well located with easy access to public transportation. The managers are lovely, very kind and always willing to help. In conclusion, I will return when I come back to Milan.

I stayed in this property for one night with 3 friends. We booked 2 double rooms. The apartment is located in a beautiful building, easily accessible by metro and bus (very punctual!). The rooms are tastefully furnished and welcoming. The cleanliness is impeccable. There is a breakfast corner in the room with everything you need (moka pot, kettle, coffee, tea and herbal teas, packaged biscuits and snacks). In the hallway, there is a fridge available to guests, stocked with water, fruit juices, and plant-based milks. Mrs. Antonella and her husband are lovely and helpful people. The quality-price ratio is excellent. We were really satisfied.

Great bed and breakfast in a great location. Mrs. Antonella and Mr. Fabrizio were very kind and helpful. I stayed in a very nice single room with a large bathroom. Clean and scented towels! I appreciated the possibility of preparing breakfast in the room with everything you need. The only thing to fix is the closing of the room door that was closing, but with difficulty. Otherwise, I would like to come back if needed. Highly recommended!

B&B realized in an apartment of a historic building near the Navigli, very convenient for those who need to stay in the Bocconi area. The owners are very kind and caring. Well-furnished, comfortable room, with a very functional breakfast nook. The feeling is that of being at home. I will definitely recommend it.

First time I came, in a single room, very comfortable room, also private bathroom. Beautiful historic building, on the 1st floor without elevator. Very helpful and friendly managers. Breakfast in the room with packaged products, but very assorted and of quality (herbal teas, coffee, cookies). I will definitely come back.

Pleasantly surprised by this small but well-equipped bed and breakfast. The lady is very helpful and caring, the location is perfect just a short walk from the tram to get to the Duomo area, while you can easily walk to the Navigli. The area is very quiet with a park right in front of the window. Breakfast is packaged but available and accessible at any time of the day, very convenient especially to have something to drink not only at breakfast but always. I stayed for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it... like at home!

Saying excellent is really an understatement! I would say superlative! Managed to perfection by husband and wife who are super kind! The room is truly very beautiful, furnished very well and extremely clean. Breakfast is served in the room and they are very well organized... I highly recommend it... we will definitely return!

I asked for information about possible car parking and I was given very useful indications to organize both the trip and the stay. We found the B&B to be of a certainly good overall standard, comfortable and equipped with various amenities, located in a nice area and well connected. The welcome we received was very courteous and helpful. However, I would rethink the breakfast, which could be improved both in terms of food and, in particular, regarding eating in the room, which is not very comfortable to be honest.

Having to stay as close as possible to the Bocconi University where my daughter studies, I found the b&b to be in an excellent strategic position. The structure is very clean and welcoming in an elegant setting where you can breathe a certain charm of antiquity. I didn't feel far from home at all, thanks also and above all to the warm hospitality of Mrs. Antonella, a lady of courteous grace and enveloping warmth, caring and affable. I highly recommend it. Kindness and quality are the cornerstones of this establishment. I had the opportunity to stay at the Fastinn Home Bocconi Navigli for three nights. The property is strategically located, close to bus and tram stops. Nearby there are also many shops and a supermarket. Breakfast is served in the room and truly nothing is missing. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details, the rooms are cleaned every day, as are the towels that are changed daily. Mrs. Antonella is available and kind. The building where the establishment is located is truly very beautiful and historic. Favorite establishment in Milan so far.

Structure located in an elegant building and in a convenient and central position (Duomo is a 20-minute walk away, but tram and bus stops are very close). The Bed and Breakfast is cozy, in a convenient location and well served by public transport. The room is very clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The bathroom is extremely clean. Due to Covid restrictions, breakfast must be enjoyed in the room, where everything needed is provided: coffee machine, milk and water kettle, tea, milk, cookies, rusks, and more. However, the most positive aspect of the stay was the kindness and availability of the owner Antonella. I will definitely return.

The real added value of this fantastic structure, located in an old building in the center, is definitely Antonella, the courtesy and elegance personified. She immediately proved to be kind and helpful (despite some of our organizational needs) and also gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage in the structure after check-out. Prima di andare via abbiamo pensato, nulla arriva per caso. Un pò come la ricerca per questo B&B. Abbiamo alloggiato per due notti presso questa struttura, attratti dalle recensioni positive. Che alla fine si sono rivelate vere. Ottima accoglienza da parte di Fabrizio e Antonella, due eccellenti padroni di casa, disponibili e discreti. Bellissima stanza con bagno in camera. Essenziale, profumata e molto pulita. Ottima colazione, sia per l'accortezza verso noi ospiti ma soprattutto per l'accurata ricerca della mise en place. Tre ragazze del sud che vanno per la prima volta a Milano, dove hanno ritrovato un po' di casa da Antonella e Fabrizio.

Carissima, siamo contenti di apprendere che è rimasta soddisfatta della nostra ospitalità. L'antico Palazzo dove si trova il nostro B&B, costruito dagli Invernizzi Crespi Falciano negli anni 30, come ha potuto ammirare ha un meraviglioso ampio giro-scala a forma di diamante con le ringhiere il ferro battuto e sarebbe un vero peccato rovinarlo con un moderno orribile ascensore. Per fortuna siamo al primo piano, e pare che salire giornalmente qualche gradino faccia bene al cuore!

Sono stata nel B&B di Antonella e Fabrizio la settimana scorsa e mi è sembrato di entrare nella casa della nonna. Il palazzo è molto bello. L'appartamento e la stanza arredati con cura; mobili di famiglia, asciugamani profumati, bollitore e tisane a disposizione in camera, letto comodissimo. Tutto di una pulizia eccezionale, in un ambiente caldo e un po' disordinato, come una casa vissuta con amore. Antonella e Fabrizio persone piacevolissime, con cui è un piacere chiacchierare, mentre preparano una colazione buona e curata nel servizio. La mattina arriva Venere, una bella cagnetta dolce e giocherellona. Poi c'è chi entra e chi esce - una figlia, un'amica, la vicina..come in una casa.

Superlativo! Ma quale hotel cinque stelle? Questo B&B è di più! È superlativo! In un palazzo storico di una delle zone più "cool" di Milano, troverete tanta "classe" negli arredi, cura nei dettagli, meticolosa pulizia, biancheria al profumo di fiori, un letto king caldissimo e morbidissimo, tisane di ogni sorta in camera e una spettacolare colazione servita con una finezza d'altri tempi. La camera è al primo piano di un palazzo degli anni ‘30 bellissimo. È dotata di ogni confort, spaziosa e luminosa. Sul comò antico, oltre alla tv, c’erano un bollitore ed un vassoio con tazzine in porcellana e infuso di ogni gusto. Nel corridoio trovate un piccolo frigorifero dotato di bottiglie di acqua da 1lt che potete prendere sempre incluse nel costo della stanza. Letto comodissimo e non senti un minimo rumore. Ciò che ricorderemo del nostro soggiorno sono: Antonella, persona piacevole da ascoltare con la quale abbiamo condiviso momenti di scambio culturale e aneddoti milanesi, il profumo della camera e della biancheria che ci ha accompagnati per l’intero weekend. E poi la sensazione di casa (specie durante le colazioni) che rallenta i ritmi della mente e ti lascia quel desiderio di tornare. Consigliatissimo. Elisabetta&William.

Camere pulitissima e confortevoli, ambiente famigliare, gestori squisiti. A Solo 20 minuti dal Duomo e a 10 minuti dai Navigli, comodissimo potere avere il posto macchina. Davvero nessun aspetto negativo.

Antonella e Fabrizio marito e moglie. Due persone splendide. Un accoglienza veramente accogliente, una grande disponibilità. La struttura molto bella, tutto pulitissimo. Arredamento elegante, confortevole. Il momento della colazione stupendo con bellissime porcellane pane tostato 5 scelte di marmellate biscotti brioche sembrava di stare in famiglia. La signora ci ha spiegato dove andare cosa vedere che mezzi utilizzare. Struttura vicinissimo al centro. Veramente un bel soggiorno. Da rifare.

Sono stata solo 1 notte in questa struttura e c'è una sola parola per descrivere il B&B: fantastico. Posizione ottima e facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici, tra l'altro vicinissima ai Navigli ed alla Bocconi. I gestori sono persone squisite e premurose, attente alle esigenze dei loro ospiti, mi sono sentita a casa. Stanza davvero pulitissima, possibilità di usufruire del wifi messo a disposizione dai gestori, colazione molto buona, ricca nella scelta ed abbondante. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi deve soggiornare a Milano, tra l'altro anche il centro della città è facilmente raggiungibile. Sono stata in tanti B&B in diverse città d'Italia, con esperienze non sempre bellissime, questa volta invece mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. Complimenti.

Bellissima palazzina in stile '900, magnifico impatto visivo già dall'atrio, in un androne spazioso con tromba delle scale da fotografare. L'appartamento è molto curato nella pulizia e negli arredi delle camere e corredi dei letti. Il nostro soggiorno è stato comodo, avendo potuto utilizzare il parcheggio interno della palazzina, messoci a disposizioni dai proprietari, cortesi e disponibili. La colazione servita in una piacevolissima sala da pranzo è stata servita con classe ed eleganza, ed era abbondante e molto varia. La vicinanza a metro e al centro è un valore aggiunto. Abbiamo speso il giusto, ma pochissimo rispetto ad un hotel di posizione e servizi equivalente.

I gestori sono gentilissimi, molto disponibili e ti accolgono con calore. Camere molto accoglienti e pulitissime. Colazione abbondante e varia. Struttura facile da raggiungere in auto. A venti minuti a piedi dal Duomo e a 10 minuti a piedi dai Navigli. Siamo stati molto bene.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere i gestori di questo B&B che sono delle persone meravigliose, disponibili e di una cordialità unica. Le camere sono molto accoglienti e confortevoli, inoltre, il B&B è situato vicino la fermata del tram che porta direttamente al Duomo. Il soggiorno è stato a dir poco piacevole. Consigliatissimo.

È passato un anno da quando ho conosciuto il B&B di Antonella e tante volte in questo difficile periodo della vita mia e della mia famiglia abbiamo avuto modo (e ne avremmo ancora) di andare da lei. Una BELLA PERSONA, bella fuori ma sopratutto dentro, piena di quei valori umani che ben pochi hanno; sensibile, accogliente, discreta, disponibile, affettuosa ed intelligente. Lei, suo marito Fabrizio, la sua famiglia e le donne che collaborano con loro sono persone altrettanto preziose. Il B&B è molto accogliente, le camere in ordine, sempre con un tocco di famigliarità ed una pulizia impeccabile. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati molto fortunati ad incontrarli. Posto eccellente: posizionato nella pittoresca zona dei navigli, servito da mezzi pubblici, si può raggiungere il centro con una piacevole passeggiata di circa mezz'ora. Confortevole struttura situata in zona semi centrale di Milano. Stanza ampia in un bel palazzo antico situato di fronte ad un parco. La signora Antonella che gestisce è stata gentilissima sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Colazione buona ma potrebbe essere migliorata aggiungendo del dolce, fette biscottate e, per chi lo gradisca, qualcosa di salato.

Ottimo posto, parcheggio interno per auto, colazione elegante per la vista e deliziosa e abbondante per il palato, cortesia e calore dei gestori, arredamento bellissimo e pulizia al TOP. Locali vicini in cui mangiare e luogo centrale da cui partire per visitare qualsiasi cosa. Consigliatissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ineccepibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente, niente è lasciato al caso, tutto è impostato per far sentire l'ospite il numero UNO.

Veramente ottimo, tutto. Situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, facilmente raggiungibile. Siamo stati una notte e devo dire che è la prima volta che mi trovo in un posto così accogliente, ben tenuto ma soprattutto stra-pulito, inoltre i letti sono grandi e comodissimi. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo B&B. Era tutto perfetto: dalla stanza, pulita ed elegante, alla colazione con la Bravissima Antonella che accoglie i proprio clienti con sorriso e amore. La posizione del B&B è ottima, si può facilmente raggiungere il centro senza difficoltà. Antonella e Fabrizio sono persone fantastiche molto disponibili e gentilissimi. Per me è stato un soggiorno meraviglioso. Un ambiente bello e confortevole. La camera è bella, elegante, la biancheria di classe, tutto funziona e tutto studiato in dettagli per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Non manca nulla, addirittura i fazzoletti, il sapone per le mani in un bel contenitore. La pulizia è impeccabile, la camera e il bagno vengono puliti ogni giorno con il cambio asciugamani. L'atmosfera creata dalla proprietaria Antonella ti fa sentire a casa ma con il confort di un hotel a 4 stelle, coccolata e servita al top. Una colazione elegante con la spremuta d' arancio servita dalla signora Antonella sempre gentilissima, disponibile e cordiale ti fa davvero partire bene la giornata. Viaggio tanto per il lavoro e mi fermo spesso in alberghi a 4 stelle e quindi avrei da paragonare. Devo dire che questo B&B è davvero ottimo! Ci tornerò molto volentieri e lo consiglio anche ai più esigenti.

Siamo due ragazze di Roma e abbiamo soggiornato al Fastinn Home dal 13/03 al 15/03. Che dire è come sentirsi a casa a partire dalla proprietaria la signora Antonella che con la sua gentilezza e cordialità non ci ha fatto mancare nulla! Ci ha addirittura illustrato come poter visitare la città in una giornata cercando di vedere il più possibile le zone che la caratterizzano! La struttura è ben collocata..con una passeggiata di 20 min arrivate al centro storico e a pochi passi potete godere della moVida milanese ai Navigli.. quindi ottimo direi! Il Bed and Breakfast è pulitissimo e accogliente e la colazione sembra quella delle bambole per come è curata nei minimi dettagli! Evviva il Fastinn Home e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ottima formula per soggiornare nel cuore della movida milanese dei navigli, ma lontano dal frastuono. A 20 minuti a piedi dal cuore della "city". L'autonomia dell'appartamento con parcheggio, e il servizio di pulizia e cambio biancheria, oltre a quanto necessario per abbondanti colazioni senza vincoli di orario. Cortesia e disponibilità dei titolari ai fini del migliore soggiorno dell'ospite sia esso per lavoro o per svago. Fabio.
