A wonderful place in a strategic location to reach the major points of interest. A genuine breakfast with high-quality products typical of the area. The owners are cheerful, sociable, attentive to fulfilling every request.

Spectacular place a few kilometers from Assisi. Beatrice and the staff are phenomenal. You feel at home. Super breakfast. We will definitely come back!

On the occasion of a long September weekend, we savored the peace and relaxation of this wonderful land. The structure is located in the countryside/hills, enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, silence reigns. In two couples, we found the apartment (olive tree) well-equipped, clean, and with comfortable beds. The breakfast served in the morning, I wouldn't change it with a 5-star one: local products, cold cuts, cake, juice, hot drinks, 'torta al testo', amazing bruschetta! I loved it! The real gem of all this is Mrs. Beatrice, a woman halfway between a warrior and a cabaret artist, sweet, nice, and super hospitable... Hope to see you soon Bea! A big kiss from Turin.

In August, I stayed with my family in the two-room apartment Olmo: clean apartment, but without air conditioning (it was not working upon arrival due to difficulties in finding spare parts). The farmhouse is immersed in nature and tranquility, ideal for those who want to visit Umbria and enjoy the pool on the hottest days. The check-in process definitely needs improvement as you need to contact the property before arriving, otherwise you will be left waiting outside. Breakfast is plentiful, with freshly baked cakes and local cold cuts. The owner is a delightful person.

Truly a fantastic stay, I highly recommend it to everyone! Especially to those who want to escape the chaos of cities like Rome. Just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Assisi in a truly pleasant and relaxing setting. The management is not formal, but super welcoming and helpful. Thank you very much! See you soon.

Ideal location to visit Assisi while staying in the countryside. Pool always accessible, very clean and functional apartment in all its aspects. Rich breakfast with products from their own production. Welcoming, helpful, kind managers. Highly recommended.

Enchanting place, breathtaking view, especially at sunset. 10 minutes from Assisi. Spacious and clean apartments inside a wonderfully renovated rustic country house. Family management... very kind and helpful. Unbeatable breakfast with local products, delicious and abundant. If we happen to be in the area again, we will definitely come back to stay here.
