Excellente location d'une propreté irréprochable et d'une qualité vraiment exceptionnelle. Pour les propriétaires ma note est de 11 sur 10 pour leur extraordinaire accueil, leur très grande gentillesse et leur soucis de faire le maximum pour le confort des vacanciers. Tout en restant discret et particulièrement courtois toute la famille nous à offert leur sympathie de façon spontanée. Grand merci à tous. A cozy B&B, spacious apartment with air conditioning and everything needed to feel at home, new bathroom. The hosting couple, very friendly and open, attentive to all matters and always available for a chat, make you feel welcome. Farida and Andrea, thank you for making me feel like family. I can only recommend this B&B and hope to come back one day.

We were greeted by Farida and Andrea in an extraordinary way, the feeling was like knowing them forever. Available, present but discreet. Maximum cleanliness and attention to the rules related to the health emergency. Apartment equipped with every comfort and then the bottle of Tuscan Sangiovese gave the final touch. Ottimo mini appartamento e proprietari gentilissimi. A breve distanza dalla stazione dei treni con cui si può arrivare in breve tempo ad Arezzo o andare a Firenze.

Una struttura su misura, corredata del necessario in un ambiente tranquillo e ben arredato, nuovi i servizi. Solo una precisazione, sulla locandina del B&B viene indicata Pergine Valdarno, mentre la struttura si trova in località Moltalto, anche se nelle immediate adiacenze questo può provocare un disguido nel raggiungerla.

Per conoscere la Toscana, bisogna conoscere anche i Toscani: bellissima coppia, molto educati, aiutano a capire, molto più di un museo di opere d' arte, perché la qualità della vita in Toscana è così elevata. Splendido appartamento, molto pulito, ci ritornerò.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Pulitissimo e fornito di tutto ! Gestori educati e gentili, disponibili a tutte le richieste! Per chi non volesse usare l'auto, la stazione dista 5minuti a piedi e serve sia arezzo in 15minuti, sia Firenze. Lo consiglio!

Da rifare e consigliare! Ho avuto la fortuna di stare in questo delizioso B&B per ben due volte (la prima a Novembre l'ultima a Gennaio) e mi sono trovato più che bene sia in termini di alloggio (appartamentino nuovo con bagno enorme, pulitissimo e molto ordinato) che in termini di servizio con Andrea e la sua ragazza che sono persone squisite e disponibilissime, tanto da avermi supportato per tutto il soggiorno e venendomi incontro in tutte le mie richieste! Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che volessero fare un stop e go lontano dalle metropoli ma essere collegati via stazione e bus in qualsiasi momento della giornata! Grazie per l'assistenza ragazzi!

Davvero da 10 e Lode sia per come è tenuto l'appartamento sia per la comunicazione coi gestori, gentilissimi. Massima pulizia e confort. La posizione è a ridosso del centro del paese (ci si arriva a piedi) in una zona tranquilla. Grazie alla prossima!

Siamo stati accolti con molto affetto e familiarità, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa anche con il nostro cane Eddy (che ha combinato un po' di casini) però loro si sono preoccupati nn di quello aveva distrutto ma l'affetto per Eddy, grazie di tutto.

L’appartamento molto accogliente, arredato con gusto, è molto pulito e fornita di tutto. Quello che non c’è Farida e Andrea te lo procurano in un battibaleno. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili anche nel fornire informazioni e consigli per approfittare al meglio delle bellezze che si trovano nei dintorni. Tanta cortesia, garbo ed accoglienza, almeno per me, non è facile da trovare, aggiungerei che tornare al B&B Maria sarà come tornare da vecchi amici!
