I am a student in Bologna and it is not the first time I stop at the Bed & Breakfast '57. Extremely convenient location to reach Bologna for those with a car, alternatively the station would be about 15 minutes away on foot. Very clean, non-shared bathroom, with kitchen and utensils already available. Recommended!

Simple but cozy structure, the owner was kind and helpful. Only flaw: the curtain in the room needed washing (for those like me who suffer from dust allergy).

My stay was very pleasant. I particularly appreciated the tranquility of the location, the kitchen equipment, and the bathroom finishes. The manager is serious, welcoming, and courteous. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Casalecchio di Reno.

Staying at Bed & Breakfast '57 was fantastic. The place is very clean and well organized, the bed in the double room is comfortable, there are utensils for cooking. Communication with the host was easy. We recommend!

I recommend the Bed & Breakfast '57 because it is a quiet place but close to everything and then the owner, Mr. Matteo, is a lovely person. I had a great time.

Good organization for key delivery, clean room and bathroom, too bad there was uncomfortable waxed sheet on the bed with the heat and breakfast was not included, after all Bed & Breakfast '57 translated into Italian means room and breakfast.

Buongiorno Sig. Piras e grazie per la sua recensione. La cerata è a protezione del materasso, in quanto alcuni clienti hanno alcuni problemini... Lei capisce che un conto è lavare la cerata e un conto è cambiare il materasso ogni volta che questi inconvenienti accadano. Comunque la camera è provvista di aria condizionata. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, è stato informato all'atto della prenotazione e ha accettato il fatto che non venisse servita, infatti ha prenotato ugualmente. Il prezzo poi, è stato adeguato proprio per questo motivo. Gli anni indietro, quando la servivamo, la camera costava di più. La Sua traduzione di B&B è corretta, ma forse non sa', che comunque, è facoltativo servirla, a patto che il cliente lo sappia. Nonostante tutto, in cucina ha trovato tutto l'occorrente per prepararsela da solo, caffè compreso. Spero di riaverla come ospite in un prossimo futuro. Cordiali saluti, Matteo.

La posizione centrale ti permette di raggiungere tutto a piedi. Pernottato in quanto dista 20 minuti a piedi dall'unipol arena. B&B pulitissimo. Colazione abbondante. Il titolare davvero gentile e molto disponibile. Lo consiglio senza dubbi.

La casa è comodissima all’Unipol Arena, 20 minuti a piedi. Pulizia perfetta e tutto in ordine. Super chicca il bagno con i led blu e le piastrelle di Lupin! Matteo è stato molto cordiale e gentile anche nel darci indicazioni sul percorso e su Bologna. La palazzina e la via sono molto tranquille e silenziose. Consigliatissimo.

Io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo !il posto accogliente i proprietari disponibili e gentili le camere molto comode! Ci si può arrivare molto facilmente! 20 minuti di camminata per arrivare all'Unipol arena!meglio di così non ci poteva andare! E poi con leggeri spostamenti a piedi potevamo raggiungere qualsiasi servizio!sicuramente consiglio a tutti questa struttura! Un grazie a Matteo e Barbara! Grazie a presto.

B&B ottimo, facile da raggiungere (a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Casalecchio). Ambiente molto pulito e curato. Gestore cordiale e molto disponibile.

B&B accogliente, spazioso e pulito, non troppo distante dalla stazione dei treni (ci abbiamo messo circa 10 min a piedi). Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in sei e ne abbiamo avuto tutte un ottima impressione: il bagno è stato rinnovato di recente ed è fornito di tutto il necessario (comprende anche asciugacapelli, asciugamani per ogni ospite, bagnoschiuma, sapone e salviette). Oltre all'abbondante colazione, la cucina è fornita di stoviglie, macchina per caffè, forno microonde e nel frigo c'erano varie bevande e frutta fresca. Il titolare è stato molto gentile e disponibile, se torneremo a Bologna per un altro concerto sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo questo Bed and Breakfst!

Io e le mie 3 amiche ci siamo trovate benissimo nell’appartamento. Siamo state trattate davvero bene, Matteo era molto disponibile e gentile. In cucina ci ha fatto trovare vari snack, frutta fresca, diversi tipi di tè, c’era la macchina per il caffè e bottigliette di acqua per tutte. La mattina abbiamo ricevuto le brioche fresche. L’appartamento era molto pulito e si trova a ca. 10 min a piedi dalla stazione dei treni di Casalecchio di Reno dove passa un treno ogni mezz’ora e da li si arriva in stazione Bologna centrale in ca 10 minuti. Molto consigliato!
