The breakfast is typically Italian and abundant. One has breakfast in the apartment. The bed and breakfast Le Magnolie is located in the garden of the farmhouse and there is a parking space inside. The apartment has all the comforts. The nearest city Modena is about six kilometers away.

We had a great time, the property is in the countryside and therefore very quiet but at the same time just a few minutes from the city and services.

Beautiful structure just a stone's throw from the city, immersed in greenery, quiet, well taken care of in every detail and clean. The owner, a lovely and friendly person, always smiling. Excellent and varied breakfast. I highly recommend it.

The peripheral location penalizes the structure a bit; otherwise, high level of satisfaction for the care and comfort of the rooms, for the excellent breakfast, and, last but not least, for the kindness and friendliness of the manager. We will gladly return.

I stayed at B&B Le Magnolie for about ten days. Alessandro and Marina are two very kind hosts, available for any need and friendly. I had the opportunity to use the kitchen with the provided utensils. The room I stayed in is very spacious, the shared bathroom always well maintained. The cleanliness has always been precise and satisfactory! The B&B is located in a very quiet area, a small fraction with a countryside feel. The well-kept and large garden surrounding it makes it special. A 5-minute walk away is the Quattro Ville station, with the train you are one stop away from Modena and Carpi. I highly recommend it to those who prefer the tranquility of nature rather than staying in the city center.

Beautiful place just as described, for the quiet location, the courtesy and friendliness of the girl who welcomed us. We were able to leave our bikes in a safe place for the night. Excellent breakfast and the location just outside Modena, a truly interesting city.

Grazie Carla Vanogi Normalmente la nostra colazione è molto apprezzata, viene fornita tutta da parte nostra compresa nel prezzo: crostata alle amarene, ciliegie, albicocca, plumcake, frutta, lo yogurt, fette biscottate, merendine, la marmellata acqua, latte, succo e altro. A richiesta forniamo anche la colazione salata. Siamo molto attenti ai consigli che ci arrivano dai nostri clienti e li teniamo molto in considerazione, quindi la ringraziamo e le promettiamo che faremo di tutto per migliorare. Wonderful place. Well-kept and delightful in vintage decor, the hostesses are kind and helpful in providing information about transportation and public places. Excellent breakfast, strategic location near a shopping center and train and bus stops to Bologna.

I stayed at B&B Le Magnolie for 3 months because I had trouble finding a rental... it was like being at home. Very beautiful structure, immersed in the countryside and therefore quiet and peaceful; comfortable and always clean and tidy rooms, kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. I had the opportunity to meet Alessandro and Marina, the managers of B&B Le Magnolie; they are extremely kind and friendly people, who with their availability contribute to making the stay pleasant. The prices are also excellent for the services offered. What can I say... if you need to stay in Modena, you are in good hands. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful hosts. The location of B&B Le Magnolie is convenient if you have a car (about 10 minutes from the center), 2 minutes walk away there is a Conad and more. Well-kept and nice apartment!
