Our guesthouse is placed in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme Berzieri, Terme di Tabiano) at Salsomaggiore Terme art and culture location, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama, in the heart of the city nearby Collina. "Room & Breakfast Nel Borgo Scipione" is a lovely, refined building, a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

Breakfast is served personally by Laura in the dining room dedicated to the guest or in the garden between flowers. Are available sweet and savory food together with hot drinks including the inevitable coffee espresso, and cold as fresh fruit juices as infusions.
As desserts, you'll find homemade jams and honey scented from the surrounding woods accompanied by bread made from flours typical zone. Besides are always on the table cookies and cakes cooked at home by Laura, homemade canned fruit and fruit salads.
Among salty foods, Parma ham, culatello from Zibello and Parma cheese from mountains and plains are the protagonists, but you'll also taste excellent goat cheeses and delicious cottage cheese made from the milk used to produce Parmigiano
