The place is excellent and the location is very convenient. It is very close to the train/subway, making it easy to travel to any place in Naples or outside the city.

Friendly host, nice room, good location.

Do not know where to start. Everything was perfect. Perfect location for people who want to be in the center of the city. Walkable from the oldest pizza shop. Busy street even late at night. Two major train/bus stations just on either sides of the property. The host is super nice, she welcomed us when we couldn't find the place. We were a couple traveling and had to book two separate bed rooms, but she aligned the beds so we felt like we had a double bed. The cleaning lady was also very polite and helped whenever we asked for something, even though she couldn't translate the message into English, we quickly understood each other. A permanent stay for us when we are in Naples again :).

The location was really good. But if you are staying in Naples for an extended period of time you should avoid it, the washrooms were a disaster, every time you flush it would make a loud noise and it would start stinking.

Great hollydays at Maurizio's. We spend a few days las summer in this charming house with outstanding views to the sea And the Vesuvios. The owner, Maurizio, is very kind and always willing to help and organize excursions to the surrondings. Nice and relaxing swimming pool, close to the BBQ area ready to enjoy in the evenings.

We stayed at Villa Lalla for a week over Easter and were initially drawn to it by the excellent reviews and the fact that it looked like an interesting property. Imagine how happy we were to find that everything we had read about turned out to be true in reality. Maurizio was a truly outstanding host - he came to guide us to the property very late on Saturday night, and went out of his way to ensure that we had provisions for our first breakfast the next morning. Then on Sunday (Easter Sunday) he took us to the local supermarket to make sure that we would be set for the next few days. While we were too early in the season for the swimming pool to be ready (it was too cold, and none of the houses or hotels had filled their pools either), we did make a lot of use of the pool table - just the thing to keep the family entertained. Whenever we had a question Maurizio was on hand to see us right, and I would have no hesitation in returning if and when we next travel to Sorrento. Be aware that you will definitely need to have a car if you are staying at Villa Lalla since it is about 15 minutes away from downtown Sorrento, but the wonderful view and the hillside tranquility more than make up for being away from the hustle and bustle. The nearest small town of Sant Agata Due Golfi is about 3 minutes away and has everything yoùd need on a day to day basis - including a Michelin starred restaurant if you've just won the lottery!

Great apartment, great location.

Breakfast not provided, but guests have access to a coffee machine with special pods and biscuits. Inside the rooms, there are cutlery and glasses that can be used for any consumption. The managers are very kind and helpful. The property is a few meters from the station and the metro and the main tourist attractions. Highly recommended!

Located just steps from the station, convenient for every move. Clean room with everything you need. It does not offer breakfast, but every day you have coffee pods, biscuits, and the possibility of making tea or herbal teas. Then in Naples, you can find places to have breakfast anywhere. The lady is very kind and cheerful. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

It was a very nice welcome. We received all the information. Everything very clean, quite spacious. It feels good. We could also leave our luggage. Only issue: the noise from the streets - even at night.

Unfortunately, on the first day the water in the bathrooms was lukewarm and on the second day it was freezing in all 4 rooms. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Convenient structure near the train station, but in the middle of Naples traffic, noisy area.

The property is as described, overlooking Piazza Garibaldi and Vesuvius, great if you want to use public transport (metro, train, and Circumvesuviana). However, I must give a note of criticism because on the last day the room was not cleaned and in the evening, tired from the good time spent in the city, we found the room as it was left in the morning. Furthermore, the communal fridge is located in the private area of the house and we were not informed of any time restrictions for its use, so upon our return in the evening until the morning after 09:30 we could not have some fresh water to drink. Finally, a clarification... in the morning, a continental breakfast is not served but you can have breakfast at a very good bar in the square, but here too, without indications of what can be taken and what not. Cappuccino and croissant yes, but do not ask for a juice and a pastry because they are not included.

On Piazza Garibaldi, close to the central station, the structure on the 7th floor (with elevator) of a period building is large and spacious, clean and equipped with all comforts. Shame about the non-functioning TV in the room. Management is summarily sufficient.

I was very satisfied with the treatment received. Keep it up.

I stayed for two nights and I must say that the girl at the reception, even though we didn't meet her due to the timing, was very kind and always available. The room was clean and nice, the balcony overlooks Piazza Garibaldi and offers a view of the city as it is on the seventh floor. From the kitchen, you can even see the sea! The location is very convenient, breakfast is offered at a nearby bar, with croissants and cappuccino. A bit basic, but in Naples there are so many opportunities to eat something sweet that I didn't mind having a simple breakfast. If I had to go back, I think I would book there again.

It was a good stay. Rosita is truly a treasure: helpful, ready to meet needs and solve problems. The location is convenient for connections, it is far for seaside walks. Naples enchanted us. Thank you.

Ambiente pulito e accogliente, Emanuela e Licia ti fanno sentire come a casa, sempre disponibili e gentili, sembra di essere ospite a casa di amici. Consigliato anche per la posizione, ci si può muovere a piedi per il centro di Napoli, ma è comodo anche per chi preferisce usare i mezzi, a due passi dalla stazione centrale e dalla metro.

Posto bellissimo ci siamo trovati benissimo l’unica pecca è che non c’è il frigo in camera poi il resto tutto bello dalla pulizia delle camere alla colazione.

Perfetto per visitare la città: comodo alla stazione, ai mezzi pubblici ed a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico. Gestori molto gentili e disponibili.

Un B&B da suggerire a tutti per la posizione stupenda, la struttura originalissima e soprattutto la gestione, quella di Maurizio, un amico che ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua! Certamente cercheremo di tornare anche noi.

Ottima posizione, si raggiungono facilmente tutte le località della costiera, la Villa è immersa nel verde e garantisce un soggiorno in totale relax. Maurizio, solare e divertente, sa rendere il soggiorno a villa Lalla davvero piacevole. Si trascorrono piacevoli serate all'insegna della buona cucina, del buonumore e della piacevole compagnia. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo! Enza, Nicola e il piccolo Manuel.

Delizioso B&B, immerso nel verde, è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi una tranquilla vacanza. Il gestore della struttura è molto gentile e disponibile a dare utili consigli ai viaggiatori.

Soggiornare a Villa Lalla è una piacevole avventura! Non è solo un b e b ma un luogo che il gestore Maurizio sà trasformare in un ambiente familiare ed accogliente, nonché divertentissimo! La posizione è incantevole e comoda, poco distante dai luoghi più belli della costiera per tornare la sera nell'assoluta tranquillità. Maurizio è incantevole pure lui! Carattere partenopeo doc fatto di originalità, simpatia, onestà ed ottima cucina, si fanno inoltre tanti piacevoli incontri perché la casa è sempre aperta per una visita, per un amico e le serate si trasformano a volte in banchetti unici per compagnia e cucina. Non possiamo che parlare bene del nostro soggiorno e se torneremo torneremo a Villa Lalla! Giorgia, Pierluigi e the big... Gabriele!

Cortesia ottima posizione ideale per raggiungere le locaità più conosciute della costiera sorrentina. B&B molto tranquillo.

Struttura confortevole per coppie giovani e famiglie situata in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere le varie zone della Costiera e non morire dal caldo. Il proprietario Maurizio è una persona disponibile e gentile, molto attento alle esigenza dei propri ospiti. Ci ritornerò al più presto per assaggiare la famosa pasta e fagioli con cozze proposta da Maurizio che, per mancanza di tempo, non ho potuto assaggiare Consigliato.

Siamo una giovane coppia di Modena, di 25 e 23 anni. Cercavamo un alloggio che non costasse un'esagerazione e che fosse comunque di una certa qualità. E l'abbiamo trovato! In questa villa un po' fuori dal paese di Sorrento abbiamo passato una splendida settimana all'insegna della tranquillità, dell'ospitalità, della convivialità e della buona cucina. Anche se non è proprio a Sorrento (come si può vedere dalla mappa), da Villa Lalla si possono raggiungere agevolmente tutte i principali paesi di interesse turistico sia sulla costa sorrentina che sulla costiera amalfitana, e questo è stato addirittura un bene poichè così abbiamo avuto modo di vedere tutto ciò che di meglio ha da offrire la penisola sorrentina, oltre che altri luoghi di interesse come Napoli e Pompei! Grazie al proprietario, Maurizio, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di provare in prima persona la proverbiale ospitalità insita nel sangue delle persone di lì. Grazie a lui poi abbiamo anche conosciuto altre persone, suoi amici e amiche, tutti estremamente simpatici e cordiali! Se ne avete la possibilità fatevi preparare da Maurizio una cenetta a base di pesce, non ve ne pentirete. Lui infatti ha passato la vita in mare e in barca cucina lui. Ci ha chiesto una sciocchezza come contributo, proprio solo per fare la spesa necessaria alla cena. In conclusione se dovete stare attenti al budget per il pernottamento e/o volete vivere Sorrento e le zone limitrofe non da turisti qualsiasi ma con quel di più di convivialità e scambio di esperienze non fatevi mancare il soggiorno a Villa Lalla!
