There is no air conditioner in Pompei apartment, there is only one in the common kitchen of two apartments, which is a trouble in July. The building is in serious reconstruction, which makes the property dirty at the moment. Being in a busy area, makes opening the window not an option. The host speaks only Italian, but is a heartfelt good man and helps in any circumstances. Pastries, shops, and restaurants nearby are available for a nice breakfast, coffee, beer, or dinner. If you are an adventurous person who will only sleep there for a few hours, it is okay. My family trip needs a little more comfort, however, I completely recommend Marco's property, as he is very correct and ready to help.

I stayed at Fonseca Naples with my family, we had a great time: clean apartment and convenient for various city trips. Just below a bar where you can have an excellent breakfast. The owner is a kind and helpful person. If we come back to Naples, we will definitely stay here again!

The bed and breakfast is a pleasant apartment shared by two rooms. We took the Pompei, the largest, pleasant and bright with a private bathroom. The kitchen is cozy and impeccable. Some small flaws can be overlooked. The price is a bit inflated but this is due to tourism inflation. Not for nothing, although dilapidated, the building hosts four lodging facilities. However, there are ongoing works and it could be restored to its former glory. Located at the confluence of the Materdei and Sanità neighborhoods, it offers access to a genuine and authentic Naples, full of excellent shops selling local products. At the same time, the city center is easily reachable on foot and the metro allows you to range from Vomero to Via Toledo, from where you can easily reach the sea and the elegant district of Chiaia.

Splendida vacanza a Napoli trascorsa con la mia ragazza, dobbiamo ringraziare Marco, il proprietario della struttura che ci ha permesso di venire con il bonus vacanza ed è stato super disponibile per tutte le nostre necessità. Appartamento spazioso e funzionale, vicino al centro, noi andavamo sempre a piedi, buona colazione al bar convenzionato sotto casa (caffè e cornetto 1,50 €) e ottimo parcheggio convenzionato a 5 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo!

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione, a 15 minuti a piedi dal porto e vicino al centro della città. Il gestore è davvero una persona squisita, che ci ha accolto davvero bene. Il palazzo è un po' datato, ma come lo sono tutti quelli del quartiere.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura insieme ad un'altra coppia di amici e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il B&B si trova in zona centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro e vicino alle principali attrazioni della città. Da segnalare assolutamente la gentilezza e la disponibilità del gestore. Consigliato.
