Tutto positivo. Purtroppo siamo rimasti solo 4 giorni, ma non è mancato nulla. Disponibilità e pulizia al primo posto. Posizione perfetta a 50 metri dal mare e casa molto comoda per le vacanze. Grazie ancora Gianni e Diana. All'anno prossimo!

Brand new facility just steps from the sea. Private parking is also very convenient. We will definitely come back because it's too convenient and cute! Super friendly and helpful hosts.

We stayed at Gianni and Diana's from August 12th to August 24th. Their bed and breakfast had already impressed me by the fact that everyone had their own entrance, with bathroom and kitchen, a real accommodation! They exceeded our expectations. The kindness of the owners and their daughters, the internal parking space and the proximity to the sea, just 10 meters away, were undoubtedly strong points. They gave us numerous tips to visit fabulous places, not even mentioned on the internet. I had brought everything from home, but it wasn't even necessary. There were already pots, cutlery, bowls, towels, sheets, and all the necessary items. I highly recommend it. If we were to return to Montesilvano, we would definitely go back to them.

The owners are splendid. Kind, professional, and very friendly. The place is truly 10 steps from the sea. The structure is very well maintained and despite the heat, it is also cool. It also has a parking space granted by the very kind and practical owner. What else to say. Everything is perfect and definitely worth returning. Thank you very much.

We stayed in this facility from August 1st to August 7th and what can I say, it was wonderful! Great welcome from Diana and Gianni, managers of the activity as well as tenants. New house twenty meters from the sea, separate entrance and possibility to park the car inside the courtyard of the house. House equipped with all necessities, a real home. Diana and Gianni are exquisite people, super available for any need and advice on where to go for dinner or after dinner. Next to the structure there are all the services you may need (tobacconist, pharmacy, newsagent, etc.). If you want to have a relaxing holiday, this is the right place! In the evening there is the possibility of taking a nice walk along the sea and eating an ice cream. It is about ten/fifteen minutes by car from Pescara. Wide choice of free beaches or lido. What to say! Thanks a lot to Diana and Gianni and if you happen to be in Turin on your travels, let us know! It will definitely be a pleasure to see you! A big kiss, see you soon. Appartamento stupendo e completo di tutto, direttamente sul mare con spiaggia libera. Vacanza da sogno. Gestori super disponibili. Numerosi posti vicini per mangiare. Consigliatissimo!

Proprietari accoglienti e disponibili, mi hanno aiutato su ogni richiesta fatta per viaggiare comoda con i bambini. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort. Veramente a 50 m dalla spiaggia. Nelle vicinanze abbiamo trovato ogni tipo di servizio. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
