We rented the entire apartment consisting of a kitchen and 3 large rooms, all with a balcony equipped with a table and chairs. Inside the rooms, although breakfast to be consumed at the bar is included, there is a coffee machine with pods. The manager is very kind, polite, and helpful. Breakfast consists of a croissant and cappuccino or coffee. The property is close to the beaches, the promenade, essential services, and public transportation. We will definitely come back and recommend it.

Exceptional structure located 2 steps from the sea with a spacious bedroom and a surprise treat, the coffee machine in the room. Highly recommended by someone who has visited many B&Bs.

Cozy, very clean room, appreciated coffee service in the room with a self-service machine. The environment was heated during the winter period when I stayed. \nDiscretion, availability, courtesy of the owner. \nI would just enrich the breakfast a little.

I stayed in the Collina room. The spaces are adequate, the bathroom is large and well-equipped. The room is equipped with air conditioning, essential in Montesilvano. The kitchen is also available (air-conditioned as well) and the fridge has dedicated shelves for the three rooms that make up the b&b. In our room, there was also an electric coffee machine with capsules. The little terrace attached to the room is also very pleasant. The structure is close to the bathing establishments, but at the same time, it is private and well soundproofed. Breakfast, included in the cost of the stay, is offered in a bar near the structure and includes a croissant and a hot drink. The host, Roberta, is very helpful and reserved. The value for money seemed adequate to the place and the season (I stayed from 31/7 to 3/8). I did not give the highest rating for two reasons: - The mattress is a bit too firm; - the room cleaning, which, according to the "company" policy and however declared in the sheet placed on the door of the room, is not done daily. The overall rating is 8/10, because the structure is renovated and pleasant and certainly close to the services.

Nice structure and excellent location, but poor service regarding cleanliness, which was done only upon my insistence otherwise it was not planned for the whole 7-night period (only towel change planned?). Breakfast was said, it is true in advance, that it would be made at a bar with a voucher, but on the same it was written that it consisted of a hot drink and brioche... so there was no minimum choice! So very poor value for money.

An impeccably clean facility, everything taken care of in the smallest details. Very close to the beach. Mrs. Roberta is very kind and helpful. We had a great time. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful room with a large terrace to relax and eat. Very friendly and courteous owner. Very close to the sea and in a quiet area. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night but we will be back.

We only stayed for two nights but we would have stayed much longer! Roberta, the owner, immediately made us feel at ease and made us feel at home. The room was clean and welcoming, with all the comforts. The b&b kitchen had everything we could need and it was excellent. Too bad about the breakfast at the bar, not bad but it did not reflect Roberta's care. I hope to come back anyway.

La struttura è di nuovissima costruzione e posizionata a poche decine dai lidi e da ristoranti e bar. Il parcheggio sulla strada attaccato alla struttura. La disponibilità dei proprietari e il loro aiuto per indicazioni e suggerimenti è encomiabile.
