Our guesthouse is located at Venezia art city, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in the historic heart of the city. "La Villeggiatura" is a lovely, refined building, a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

Our guests will be able to for shopping, enjoy local craft products, enjoy the scenery and experience local cuisine on various food and wine tours, catch cultural events and exhibitions.
Near our facility you can find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium 'Stadio Pierluigi Penzo Venezia'.

We love this property due to its location. Peaceful and very accessible. Almost near to every place worth visiting and its convenience, having 2 kids where one with special needs, best recommended for everyone, Ms. BARBARA is such accommodating and well detailed on providing us important information. A huge Thank you! Love to use it again and recommend them to all of my friends.

The structure is very beautiful. Spacious room, very clean, well furnished. The location is great, because it's truly central, a stone's throw from the Rialto Bridge. In our opinion, breakfast could be improved by making it a bit more varied.

Absolutely positive experience in this accommodation by me and my family. I was traveling with my husband and two daughters. The room was spacious, clean, and truly characteristic. The breakfast was rich and delicious. We felt pampered from start to finish by all the staff. Absolutely central location to visit Venice. When we return to Venice, we will definitely choose La Villeggiatura again. Thank you again.

Un raffinato B&B dove ti senti a casa dal primo momento. Ottima accoglienza, staff gentilissimo e molto preparato al fine di farti conoscere tutte le varie sfaccettature (non solo turistiche) di una città così particolare. Assolutamente da tornare.

Ottima posizione, gestori molto gentili e disponibili per tutto. Che dire, son rimasto molto soddisfatto ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero buono, soprattutto considerando quello che si trova in questa città, è proprio una oasi nel deserto. Sicuramente tornerò a soggiornarvi al mio prossimo viaggio per Venezia.
