Situé assez loin de la foule de touristes mais très agréable après avoir passé une journée à visiter Venise. Escalier très raide pour arriver à l'appartement 27 marches. Très propres, propriétaires parlant français et très sympathique. Petit déjeuner moyen pour notre part trop de sucrés (gâteaux croissants).

Tout était très bien; à 10-15 mns de la place saint marc et 5 mns du vaporetto (N°6 je crois quasi direct pour la gare routière) quartier moins touristique donc reposant et plus authentique, accueil très gentil, le studio a une vue au loin sur la lagune, on y est divinement bien ! la terrasse est bien agréable mais se mérite (bcp de marches!) parfait et à conseiller.

La casa si trova in una zona lievemente decentrata ma molto bella e molto caratteristica perché vissuta soprattutto dai veneziani. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva a piazza S. Marco. La casa è molto accogliente; l'unico handicap è che essendo un attico ci sono molti gradini ma la vista dall'ampio terrazzo ripaga ampiamente dello sforzo fatto. Ottima soluzione per Venezia. Consigliatissima.

Appartamento di grande autonomia, curato e con splendida posizione (piano alto su via ampia e soleggiata). Pur dotato di cucina è permesso consumarvi solo la colazione in parte fornita dal gestore (succo, brioche, pane e paste) in parte preparando preparando autonomamente caffè e latte. Notevole la pulizia e la cura dei particolari.

Un posto accogliente in una zona tranquilla a due passi dai giardini della biennale. Gestori disponibili, educati e cordiali. Sistemazione confortevole, pulizia e ordine. Perfetto il rapporto qualtità-prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente a far loro visita per gustare un piacevolissimo soggiorno in una meravigliosa ed unica città.

Per gli italiani la colazione è sicuramente un 10! Noi veniamo da un'altra cultura dove la colazione è piuttosto salata! The location is a 10 if you go with a family, of if you go to the biennale di architettura di Venezia, oppure se voi rimanere in un'area tranquilla e senza tanti ponti. C'è tutto: ristoranti, bar, cafe, mercato, farmacia, ecc. L'appartamento con balcone (da dove si vede il mare) è semplicemente fantastico e spazioso. Un pò di caldo durante la notte quando fanno più di 30 gradi! Ma abbiamo visto l'aria condizionata in salotto!
