Our farmhouse is located near the Lago di Garda, with lavish spa waters and facilities (Aquardens, Parco Termale Villa Dei Cedri), in a quiet, panoramic setting nearby Campagna. "Agriturismo Ca Persiane" is welcoming, with refined attention to detail.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, stroll in the quiet, lush gardens and beautiful landscapes.
Close by our guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports centres and gyms for keeping fit.

Getting around
Its strategic location makes it easily reached from the nearby 'Autostrada A22 Affi Lago di Garda Sud'.

Our breakfast is buffet style. includes homemade cakes and biscuits, jams, bread, fruit, cereals, yougurt. and also some savory delicacies with cold cuts, cheeses and eggs. Fruit juices, coffee, chocolate, cappuccino with tea and herbal teas complete our offer. that you can enjoy in the breakfast room and / or on the terrace overlooking the pond. The Cà Persiane restaurant is open inside the property (closed on Monday) (we recommend booking on weekends and holidays) where we can offer a discount to our guests or the half-board service If you wish, you can choose from day to day, during breakfast time, if you join by reserving a table for the evening with the agreed menu; It will be our care to book for you. The reservation confirmation of the table is binding; the dinner time is from 6. 45 pm to the maximum at 8. 00 pm. After this time, reservations are accepted only with a la carte menu. Menu A; appetizer + first course of the day Euro 13. 00 Menu B; appetizer + first and second course of the day Euro 15. 00 Children Menu (up to 12 years); first or second course of the day Euro 8. 50 Drinks, dessert and coffee are always excluded. Every dish required in addition to the daily menu will be charged according to the à la carte menu rate. The payment of the dinner must be made by you daily at the restaurant. A beautiful agriturismo set in lovely grounds. Peaceful location despite being close to motorways. Comfortable room, great swimming pool and excellent restaurant on site. A perfect place to stay in order to visit Lake Garda and the vineyards of Bardolino and Valpolicella.

We had a good stay. The location is very well situated to reach Lake Garda. The environment is pleasant amidst the vineyards. Very nice pool. Breakfast on the terrace is perfect, and the on-site restaurant is good. Thank you for your hospitality. A very beautiful region of Italy to visit.

Nice little hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff, very clean rooms, nice pool, but the sunbeds are very hard. Cushions are missing here. In the restaurant, you can eat very well and cheaply. We would recommend the hotel.

A truly great accommodation, super clean, friendly staff, the associated Trattoria is recommended, the connection for the onward journey is perfect. The breakfast was super great, very rich and with many homemade dishes, no wishes were left unfulfilled. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The only downside could be that there could be more drinks in the vending machine and drinks available. However, we were the only guests, so it is probably not representative. We were very satisfied and would gladly come back for an overnight stay.

Super nettes B&B, Frühstück war voll ausreichend. Ein Automat mit gekühlten Getränke so wie Chips steht auf der Terrasse, sogar Wein konnten wir gegen Endgeld für abends entnehmen. Ein super Restaurant ist gleich daneben, also es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Ideal place for a relaxing holiday, immersed in greenery and silence. The farmhouse is elegant and well-kept in every detail, both in the indoor and outdoor spaces. Magnificent pool surrounded by roses and vineyards. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location. Top services. What, in our opinion, makes the difference is the property. In Nicola and Federica, we found hospitality, a smile, and a welcome upon our arrival. It's not so obvious. Tranquility and relaxation at the highest levels. Neat structure, functional terrace, impeccable greenery maintenance, pool with sunbeds and umbrellas service, small lake, vineyards in plain sight, and well, we'll stop here so as not to bore those who are reading. It's a shame we didn't have more days to stay. No problem for our four-legged friend Pepe, and this is not always so obvious either. To be taken into consideration for the next travel availability in the "area of Lake Garda". Definitely see you next time. Mauro, Vania, Pepe.

Excellent property to stay at. Welcoming location and helpful and courteous managers. Attached restaurant of excellent standard. Only negative feedback is the proximity of high traffic roads that disturb the peace of the place. Overall, I recommend it.

Ottimo soggiorno! sia per la struttura ordinata, comoda e appartata, ma facile da raggiungere. La vista dalla terrazza riempie di pace: dai bei prati all'inglese (curatissimi, da camminarci a piedi nudi), alla piscina completa di sdraio ed ombrelloni, più un patio a due passi per un ritiro esclusivo, e poi l'area pic-nic per grigliate in compagnia e il laghetto, circondato da vigne rigogliose, per delle belle passeggiate mattutine. La cortesia, sincera e non occasionale, rendono piacevole l'intrattenersi a parlare in terrazza dopo cena. Complimenti ai gestori e al personale. Da consigliare vivamente per un week-end di relax, ma vista la zona, anche per una mini vacanza. Apresto

Posizione ottimale per visitare le varie località del lago di Garda, camere confortevoli con aria climatizzata e pulitissime, il personale gentile e a completa disposizione degli ospiti, colazione abbondante e ricercata; completano la struttura la piscina ed un laghetto, il tutto incastonato in un contesto da favola. Da raccomnadare.

Ottimo agriturismo, molto curato e pulito. Ambiente rilassante immerso nel verde nonostante la vicinanza di una strada piuttosto trafficata. Colazione abbondante e gestori gentili e discreti. Consigliato!

Agriturismo molto carino immerso in un bellissimo ambiente. La vista sul laghetto è spettacolare! Colazioni abbondanti con dolci molto golosi e attenti alla tradizione del territorio. In posizione molto strategica per i vari paesini del lago di Garda. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile a dare informazioni. Abbiamo soggiornato in camera superior approfittando del B&Bday e ne siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti.

La struttura è molto accogliente così come i proprietari. Vicinissimo all'uscita dell'autostrada ma in una specie di oasi dove si può gradevolmente staccare la spina, la colazione è abbondante e ricca di alternative dolci. Un po' essenziale sul salato. C'è solo un aspetto ke mi ha un po' deluso: la camera, o meglio: il bagno. Purtroppo la doccia in vasca da bagno è risultata piuttosto scomoda. È un vero peccato perché tutto il resto è molto gradevole.

Grazie Romina, purtroppo è stata una scelta errata quella delle vasche da bagno. Lo sappiamo, infatti ogni anno ne sostituiamo un paio con il prossimo anno dovremmo aver terminato tutti i bagni, ne restano solo due.

Grazie a Nicola e Federica per la loro estrema disponibilità e cortesia. Il posto è molto curato e tranquillo. Gradevolissimo lo spazio della piscina. Dalla terrazza della colazione si gode di un incantevole panorama racchiuso tra un piccolo lago e un vigneto. Vicino a Bardolino e ai principali raccordi autostradali. Io ed Emanuele siamo stati molto bene. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo passato un fine settimana all'insegna del relax e tranquillità in un ambiente veramente bello. Il giardino è un fiore all'occhiello. Colazione buona e abbondante. La posizione è ottima 5 min di macchina per arrivare sia a Lazise che a Bardolino. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Pur essendo molto vicina ad un importante autostrada, la struttura si trova immersa nel verde in un ambiente di campagna; la casa è molto curata, così come le camere e i servizi; tranquillità e silenzio non mancano. L'accoglienza è puntuale e calorosa; i gestori sono disponibili e gentili. La colazione è abbondante e varia, con alimenti dolci e salati; non mancano torte e biscotti fatti in casa. Nell'ampio giardino è disponibile la piscina. A Cà Persiane è annesso un ristorante dove gustare un'ottima cucina locale.

B&B facile e comodo da trovare. Gestore sempre disponibile e ambiente molto accogliente. Camera pulitissima, bottigliette d'acqua di benvenuto e cioccolatini per addolcire i sogni. Posizione ideale per partire alla scoperta del (bel) territorio. Adiacente alla struttura un ristorante molto buono e con personale gentilissimo. Nonostante la pioggia battente del fine settimana e il grigio persistente lo ricorderò pieno di colori. Come il fiore di tovaglioli. Se dovessi trovare qualcosa da criticare, sceglierei l'erogatore della doccia. Il getto era un po' troppo forte e non si riusciva a regolare. E se questo è un difetto, allora è stato tutto perfetto. Grazie.

Lo consiglio a tutti: personalmente ci ho soggiornato più volte con la mia famiglia e mi sono trovata benissimo. Gestori molto gentili e molto disponibili, stanze pulite e curate, posizione ottima per lago, piscine, parchi divertimento e centri commerciali. Colazione molto ricca e varia! Stupendo giardino con piscina e laghetto!

Per prima cosa le persone. I gestori Federica e Nicola sono due ottime e brave persone, sempre gentili e disposte ad accontentare i clienti. Hanno fatto prima di cena anche un piccolo rinfresco (Brulè Party) per salutare tutti gli ospiti del week end. La struttura: accogliente, con un parcheggio comodo e grande. Stanze ben curate e spaziose. Pulizia impeccabile. Ci hanno fornito le chiavi del cancello per l'auto, dell'entrata nel B&B e quelli della stanza (ovviamente) così da renderci perfettamente autonomi e indipendenti da orari. Colazioni abbondanti con fantastici dolcini freschi (crostate e piccoli pasticcini). A fianco del B&B c'è anche un ottimo ristorante, che per chi arriva magari la sera un po' più tardi fornisce un ottimo, ma davvero ottimo, menù senza dover andare in giro cercare altri posti dove cenare. Tutto veramente perfetto.

Immerso nel verde, posizione tranquilla e comoda per gli spostamenti verso l'autostrada, la città di Verona e le località della sponda orientale del Garda. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Stanza pulita, ben riscaldata e letto comodo. Abbondante colazione con buona varietà di dolci, salati e frutta fresca. Ristorante adiacente all'agriturismo in ambiente molto accogliente e con ottima cucina tipica regionale. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Lo consiglio.
