Perfect apartment and perfect location!

The lady was extremely accommodating, and super pleasant after a long chaotic day of travel. The room exceeded my expectations as well! Overall great experience.

We had a good time in Florence and this location was the best for us in terms of location, design, the kindness of the host, cleanliness, access, and communication. Easy access to the railway station, the city center with all the important museums and attractions, Piazzale Michelangelo (directly by bus no 12 from the station next to the bridge) and also the charming Oltrarno area that we discovered exploring around. Piazza Santo Spirito has remained our favorite, very local with terraces and people hanging around, and we mainly discovered it because it is close to the accommodation. Usually, a 15-minute walk to reach important things to visit in Florence, in our opinion, and we stayed for 4 days. Plus, two of the tastiest gelato shops were very close. One around the corner and one at the next bridge. Special thanks to Alessandra, who has been very flexible and welcoming, ready to help us with all the details we needed about our stay. What was not so comfortable: the position of the two beds at the top of the room, with stair access and railing, is not so secure for children, even teens like ours, because we were afraid that something might happen during the night if they get up, etc. After the first night, we ended up sleeping on the single beds upstairs and the girls in the double bed downstairs. I did not realize the possible danger from the room pictures, but when entering and seeing how tall the stairs are, it was not so comfortable. So, if you have this kind of concern, I would not recommend the option of a family room. Second: the outside noise. Like most historical buildings, I guess, they are located in the city center, a very crowded and noisy area due to the many cars, buses, motorcycles, garbage collection trucks, delivery trucks, etc. Hard to resist with open windows for more than a few minutes because of the noise.

The room we had at 'Soggiorno Alessandra' was surprisingly spacious and clean. The modern bathroom was quite large and finely decorated down to the smallest detail. The rooms are located in Oltrarno, which is the best part of Florence for food lovers! Highly recommended, we will rent from Alessandra again for sure.

Great location, very clean room, the owner helps us a lot with a late check in and loads of informations. She accommodate a great crib for our 2 months old baby. I definitely raccomand it and I will stay there again!

Exceptional apartment 15 minutes from the historic center, with shops and restaurants nearby. New furniture and very good daily cleaning. The treatment of Mrs. Alessandra and Sayuri excellent and attentive. Perfect rest after long days in Florence.

Beautiful room, large, clean and tastefully decorated. The owner is courteous and helpful; she allowed me to leave the luggage after check-out until evening and the same upon arrival (I could leave the luggage before check-in).

A definite yes! I heartily recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Florence. You can see that Mrs. Alessandra puts her heart into her business. The location is very convenient to the station and the historic center... fifteen minutes and you are at Ponte Vecchio. Then, by following Mrs. Alessandra's advice, we always had lunch and dinner in Osterie between S. Frediano and S. Spirito, savoring the real Florence. Thanks again!

Beautiful and elegant structure in the center of Florence but in a slightly secluded and non-chaotic area, impeccably managed by the kind Alessandra.

Structure in line with the price, perhaps even better. Very spacious triple room, with two windows and a large bathroom. Great location to visit the city. Excellent customer service and attention. Cleaning ok. I definitely recommend it.

We found this little corner of paradise wandering among a thousand structures, predictable and banal, offering good location but nothing more. Alessandra welcomed us with a big smile and a lot of friendliness in a wonderful place! A very large, warm and welcoming room in an elegant building in the center of Florence. Everything taken care of down to the smallest details and with all the comforts to spend two days immersed in the culture and splendor of Florence! The area (Borgo San Frediano) is only a 10-minute walk from all the main beauties of the city, and after a day as tourists, just below the structure, dozens of varied places where you can have an aperitif, listen to music and dine quickly with typical dishes or enjoy a relaxing dinner in typical Tuscan trattorias, all without haste, at the slow pace of Florentine evenings. The area on weekends is lively and very lively, perhaps not suitable for those who love silence but really very characteristic! Alessandra will be our point of reference when we return to this magical and wonderful city of art! Highly recommended!

The Soggiorno Alessandra is located in an excellent position to visit Florence, in fact, the main attractions of the city can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The structure is very pleasant and comfortable, very clean and well furnished. Alessandra is a kind, affable, and caring host. Definitely recommended.

Great location, just a few steps away from the historic center. Spacious room with a kitchenette.

Excellent facility. New and centrally located. Alessandra is very kind and caring. Even though breakfast is not provided, there is still the possibility to have a coffee or tea, or cappuccino with biscuits, croissants, etc. The room is always tidied up very carefully every morning. I highly recommend it!

For a quick visit to Florence and surroundings, I found the proposal really interesting and we were not disappointed. The property is located within Florence's ZTL but has parking possibilities nearby without problems. Impeccable apartment furnished with great style, comfortable, welcoming, and very chic. Close to Ponte Vecchio and the center of Florence, surrounded by various bars and restaurants. Welcoming and precise manager, available for every need. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the room with everything necessary, we preferred to take a stroll and have it in the center of Florence. Experience to definitely try again.

Extremely clean structure, just a few steps from the center of Florence and immersed in the San Frediano district, among typical restaurants and places to spend a very pleasant evening. Not at all noisy, well connected with all services. The owner is very helpful. I highly recommend it.

Everything very much in line with the presentation and description. Very nice apartment, recently renovated and all brand new. The only negative thing is the slightly dirty mini terrace that could be cleaned more thoroughly and made more convenient for guests who want to take a breath of fresh air. Great location for visiting the historic center. Very kind and helpful manager.

Recently renovated room, spacious and ideal for families. Mrs. Alessandra is nice and discreet. The only downside is the imprecise parking hours for returning the car.

Ottimo rapporto prezzo e qualità, Alessandra e stata disponibilissima dal nostro arrivo, ci offerto la cartina del centro, con tutte le spiegazioni utili per girare bene, la colazione fornita dal B&B era complet, abbiamo preso la camera suit con 4 posti letto, c’era il soppalcò dove c’erano i due letti per i bambini che si sono divertiti tantissimo, per il resto il B&B e situato in posto strategico e stato veramente comodo per le visite di tutto quello che volevamo Vedere. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE

Struttura comoda ai servizi, vicina a tutte le attrazioni della città ma, allo stesso tempo, in zona tranquilla. Stanza pulita e ben arredata.

Siamo stati 1 giorno a Firenze e abbiamo trovato questo B&B eccezionale praticamente quasi al centro della città a 2 passi da ponte vecchio e dalle basiliche, torneremo sicuramente.

Confortevole e ospitale.

Appartamento confortevole, fornito di tutto il necessario e proprietaria gentilissima. Posizione ottima per visitare il centro.

Ideale per chi cerca una camera vicina al centro di Firenze, raggiungibile con 5 minuti di passeggiata in un quartiere fornito di tutte le comodità lungo le sponde dell'Arno. Ottima accoglienza e servizio, ricezione cordiale e organizzata. La camera ha ingressi completamente indipendenti, è situata in un antico palazzo. Arredamento caratteristico, finiture di buon livello. Decisamente un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consiglio a tutti.

Everything was impeccable, Alessandra was super attentive and helpful and despite the unexpected events we had with the flights, the stay was excellent. We regret not having enjoyed more, as we had planned. Unfortunately, unexpected events happen, next time we will stay again at Soggiorno Alessandra. Thank you!
