Our B&B is at Arezzo art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in the historic heart of the city nearby Saione. "Santo Spirito" is hospitable and comfortable.

Spacious, bright and well-equipped studio apartment on the second floor, with a secluded balcony and two other windows. Attentive and friendly manager. This is a real neighbourhood, with supermarkets nearby, but it is just 10 minutes' walk from the station, and 20 minutes from the historical center. Highly recommended. I would stay again.

I stayed one night in the double room. I really appreciated the completely autonomous check-in method because being around for work I never know exactly when I can arrive. The room was very clean, with clean and soft towels, TV and a large and well-cleaned bathroom. Very pleasant experience.

Sono felicemente soddisfatta dell'ospitalità e del soggiorno in questa struttura, dotata di ogni comfort di cui si ha bisogno. Ovviamente non è casa propria, quindi se dovesse mancare qualcosa è solo a livello personale. Sono certa di ritornarci, consigliatissimo!

Appartamento ampio, pulito e molto comodo perché nei pressi del centro e vicino alla stazione, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Perfetto per gruppi o famiglie.

Buonissima posizione. Ottima la pulizia e le dotazioni (wifi - sky). Comodissimo l'uso di cucina e degli spazi comuni. Indipendenza totale. Rapporto qualità/prezzo super.

Ha ospitato dei miei amici che si sono trovati benissimo, la sala a comune delle camere e la cucina sono ottimali per ospitare famiglie e comunque persone che non hanno bisogno solo di una camera ma di un appartamento con tutti i comfort e i servizi necessari.

Ottima la pulizia, la disponibilita e la cortesia del gestore. Posizione comoda a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro con la comodita di negozzi vicini per le esigenze. Qualità prezzo ottima. Anche la cucina molto comoda se non si esce, ci si puo fare da mangiare, e sky in camera.

Ottima disponibilità. Buona posizione dalla Stazione e dal Centro Storico. Buona la stanza, la possibilità di cucinare in casa, l'accesso ad internet. Unico neo il secondo piano senza ascensore per le valigie da salire! E per finire il prezzo è interessantissimo. Paolo è eccezionale anche se stavolta non c'era.
